About the Robert Johnson thing: nobody knows for sure who wrote the songs Love In Vain, Sweet Home Chicago and some others. Most people believe it was Robert Johnson himself, but ofcourse, that's what they want to hear. Apparently this Payne claimed copyright for the songs in the 60's..

Mick's website is CRAP, as are the Stones' official site and Keith's website. Ronnie's is OK, but it could still be better. If I'd be looking for news on the Stones, cool pictures, correct information, the last place I'd go looking for it would be the official Stones site. Same for the other Stones.. One big error in LSTNT is that they sped up the sound afterwards (so the guitars were tuned in F).. the notes were ment like they played them, not one step higher. But then again the sound on LATM was crap too, it sounded like it came from the studio (most of it did ofcourse, but even the stuff that didn't). Film-wise, LSTNT is great with beautiful strong colors. The Max looks really flat

So Taylor was too high to remember his cue and came in too early. That's another way to explain it.. the fact remains it's a hot solo and it works this way. It's about interplay.. it's not about showing anyone 'who's boss'. If you think that's what's happening there, you completely miss the point of music...

I think it's primairily the press and their promotors that take them too seriously. They're 'just' a rock 'n roll band, at least they were, and that was a cool image. They're now being treated as superhuman hollywood-stars, which doesn't suit them.
