I think it's a masterpiece--it's different than the last one and the first two. That's what makes the Dolls so interesting! I can't imagine the Rolling Stones making an album as diverse as this one these days. It's got rock, reggae, blues, ballads, India-influenced songs. My favorite is "My World." Just amazing. 5 stars. Mick Jagger killed the Rolling Stones in 1973. Its been his back-up band ever since. ALL of them. He's no better than Rod Stewart. He keeps Keith and the name for financial reasons only. He certainly no longer has any loyalty, originality, song-writing skills nor does he care about any musical or creative legacy other than what they accrued pre-1973.

Thank you very much for that info. I can't get over how few albums sell these days. It's really the end of the line for records and record stores. What saddens me is that music will be SO disposable from now on. No more "discovering" your mom's jazz, rock or r'n b collections in a closet somewhere. No more famous album covers.
