Quotecyclist Quotegeorgemcdonnell314 I don't know about how others feel but the pit was packed at this show. Felt more crowded than Houston and Vegas. But it’s also an issue of who’s within a five foot radius of you. Can become a real drag. Regular price pit tickets were on Ticketmaster all afternoon… What is the regular price for pit ticket at SoFi at Ticketmaster?

QuoteThe Worst. I have now watched all episodes. There are some great moments in all four episodes, but I’m not fully satisfied. My initial feeling is that this could have been so much better if they only had let someone with actual knowledge of the Stones’ history and music to write the narration, choose the music and edit the clips. This happens time and time again. Why on earth do they have th

QuoteStrike They would have become legends... now they`re just old dudes. Take a look a Robert Plant, he is still keen on discovering new music and imagine how boring it would have been if Led Zep had made ten stadium tours where they played the same songs every night, like our boys did. Did they really? I saw three shows in NY on the Licks Tour, and they gave me like 41 different songs....

QuoteSpud QuoteRockman what if they had quit in '72 ? Most folks woulda just got married 'cause there'd been nothin' else ta do ..... For kicks the out-casts woulda had ta turn to Hawaiian shirts and The Steve Miller Band... That's about the size of it. Some folks around here have argued over recent years that they should have "quit at the top". I

Quotetomzen QuoteNiklas Quote71Tele I have refined my idea. What if we choose a particular Stones album (my preference would be Exile, but that's probably too ambitious) and everyone takes a song. Then we sequence them in the same order as the original album. Maybe too much, but what the heck. Just throwin' it out there... If Exile is chosen, give me and my band The Crawlin' King

Quotescaffer Agreed, Shezeboss! Mick started consistently hitting very high notes on stage with the Voodoo Lounge tour - prior to that, from '69 through '89, he seemed to sing more cautiously. In Baltimore in 2006, days before the Super Bowl, Mick sang 'Midnight Rambler' - including the screaming parts in the break - like there was no tomorrow; he wasn't 'saving

QuoteAmsterdamned I'am in for a GYYYO (M.Rambler,Sft Devil or SF Man) with some fellow musicians. Deadline not before X-Mas. My band, The Crawlin' Kingsnakes from Kristiansand in Norway, did just that last Saturday. It was exactly 40 years since it's release and we did the whole album including the bonus tracks to a great audience at a club here. GREAT! Give us any song from the

Today it is 40 years since Get Yer Ya-Yas Out was released! The best rock'n roll live album ever. In Kristiansand in southern Norway, my band The Crawlin' Kingsnakes, will celebrate the event by playing the entire album, including the extras on the newly released deluxe edition. We will play it in the order of the setlist in MSG november 1969. Jumpin' Jack Flash Carol Sympathy

Which sax solo is Bobbys best on a Stones record? Brown Sugar is great, Live With Me as well, but to me the one on Sweet Virginia will always be the greatest. It just fits the song and make it reach another level, both live and in the studio. Always loved it. The feel and the beauty is beond this world.

The Stones has changed the sound of their records ever since they started recording, and that is part of why they are still interresting to listen to. Second, they change the music style from record to record, which one other reason for them to keep fresh to their fans. Third, they work differently on every album the last 30 years, which gives us differently made songs, which influences the fina

Belting down Keith for a performance of Peggy Sue? Gimmie a break... Who cares? Give him a 5 string, Mick in the front, Ronnie on his right hand side and Charlie behind him - he will rock the world like never before! He is just as good as he used to be. That's my honest opinion.
