he doesn't play yet-not-released tunes, does he? I can't wait to hear 'em anyway...

he hasn't, no. i suspect the shows prior to april 28 will be very familiar-looking....by the time he rolls through minor league ballparks out west here, i suspect will be experiencing his new album, together with him...or something....

I'm pretty sure the new tunes WILL be played as early as tomorrow (but I may be wrong)

Bob hasn't played live since 2008 11 21 so the expectations are very high about the Stcokholm show.
PS : he starts his tour with a club date. What a good idea! Hope the Crystal Cat tapers will be there

hmm, that is a pretty long lay-off for the NET--could it be said to have ended?

Of course Bob will be touring the USA this summer. His appearance at the Rothbury Festival (Michigan) in early July has already been announced. He will probably not play any new material until mid April 2009.

It's basically the same as between the last gig in 2006 (November 20) and the first one in 2007 (March 27).

He will be on the bill with Mellencamp and Willie Nelson; so I read.

I'll be at the last two shows. I'm hoping he'll put some of the new songs in the set once the album is released (I doubt he'll do so prior to it although I hope I'm wrong), although contrary bastard that he is, I wouldnt bet on it.

I've got this show, listened to Ambulance Blues, cool 10-min version, and then my torrent client freaked out and deleted this and 30 other torrents seeded by me. I got so angry... :-) got to download again, it's on HungerCity or Dime, don't remember.
