A Friend oof mine burned this on DVD from LD. I wonder if they would ever consider updating this and releasing a nice Blu-Ray? It was a quick run through of their careeer for sure, but I've watched it more than once which is more than I can say for some DVD's I own.

I'd like them to try a live version of this again. I have a boot from 2002 or so but the quality is a bit poor. Definitely one of my favorites of all time.

QuoteWeLoveYou I bought this for £4.88 a couple of weeks ago:- It's a pretty good release, in widescreen. Bonus features are the trailer and some still pics. Is this one from Amazon.co.uk for 4.88 official or a boot?

Blues man, Blues! & Some Acoustic stuff, we need to hear some harmonicas, slide guitars and some good lyrics. No "bare your breast" bullshit.

QuoteCome On Who wants to listen to Talking Heads 2010? Not sure what anyone from TH is doing this year but I saw David Solo in 2008 perofrming songs from a CD he and Eno did together and it was a cool show - not really rock and roll but interesting some dancing people and some great TH songs thrown in also. David Byrne was (and never is) boring imho.

I recently found a used DVD of "The Who - Live In Boston" it's a DVD from around 2002 or so and I'll tell you, it's a pretty good concert, I've played it a few times already. Worth checking out, - not something for $50 or anything, but if you like the Who, it's a pretty good show.

The first (single disc) remaster with bonus tracks of LAL is best. The deluxe version came out a few years later, they added Tommy but mucked up the sound. Who's Next, Tommy, Sell Out and Quad are all incredible. WBN and MG and WAY all good. Odds and Sods is pretty fun outtakes and b-sides.

There's a cool inst./outtake version floating around too. I have it on CD somewhere, very nice and a little longer as I remember. Some of it plays during this interview on Youtube, but sounds a little different: Here's a cheesecake version: Lastly, a cover (pretty bad) Why don't the Stones play this next year??

Does anyone happen to have this video in good quality and could share? This one cracks me up and the only one I have been able to find is on YouTube which is poor quality and cut at the beginning.

Eddie Vedder has millions of great covers, I never heard him do that one though! Thanks for sharing. I think Cat Power's "Satisfaction" is pretty cool!

QuoteJustin The Who I just recently got into them very heavily. Would love to see them live. They did a couple shows at the (relatively) small Nokia Theatre 2 years ago here in LA but sadly wasn't a fan yet.... I just saw them in Boston a few years ago and was pretty amazed to tell you the truth - they had an awesome night and Roger was in fine voice. It was my son's first time

The Elivis songs from SUN are just simply amazing - Anyone not familiar with those ought to gove them a try. The 1956 Cd is pretty damn good too. This is one my favorites - awesome Scotty Moore guitar:
