NEW-The Rolling Stones Then & Now photos -NEW IMAGES 2/27/09
Posted by: hbwriter ()

Have just been messing around with some location shots I've taken over the years--then matched them up to an existing Stones'-related image. Anyone else have any then/now Stones pictures? (btw-that's my double reflection in the glass at Sunset Sound - top photo)

Terrific stuff. Post some more.
BTW, I wonder how close the Have You Seen Your Mother Baby location
is to the studios where they changed and got made up.
Is it around the corner? Close by? No one dresses in drag
and then drives all the way across town to take a photo in
a pretty normal NYC location. Or do they?

Thanks for the info.
BTW, the next time you (or anyone) is in NYC and is near
that photo lab, you should go in there and ask to change your clothes.
If they ask why, just say "Well, the Stones did."
I'm sorry. I think this head cold is making me loony.

That work is really outstanding. Especially the Mother baby shot. It makes me want to crawl around on the studio floor with a magnifying glass to see if there is like still a shred of something left, LOL. Maybe Keith forgot to put his boots back on, and no one has noticed them there all along.

faraway--the picture i took is literally right where the stage was--about where Jagger's place was--i used a few aerial shots to mark it fairly precisely

He did the fish-eye High Tide and Green Grass Cover too.
I wonder if that was in NYC and where.
