According to a stones/regent sound article in recorder collector magazine from 2000, the basement is where the studio was. According to the article, the Helter Skelter book shop was the studio where the stones recorded.
I think it's a club or something now.

According to two books I have, the address for Regent Sound, from the 1960s,
was 164-166 Tottenham COurt Road, London.
You guys are talking about Denmark Street, which I think is about 1/4 mile away.
Did Regent Sound move from the Tottenham COurt Road address to the one
Denmark Street address?
I think it's a club or something now.
Andrew Oldham keeps refering to the studio in the basement in his books, so I always assumed it was in the basement.
