When was the first? Europe 1973? I remember the rose pedals in 69-72, did he toss water in 72? . . . When did Jagger toss his last bucket of water? Was it Hampton 1981? Did he do it in Europe in 1982? Europe 1995?? 6:50 here , , ,

Cant' wait for this tour. I've seen them 44 times since 1996. I have a streak of seeing them every year since 2003, and this year will be: 1. Wrigley field already happened in July 2. Worcester 1 3. Worcester 2 4. Hartford 5. NYC I was going to go to Pittsburg and Buffalo, but I got engaged and the fiancée just doesn't understand the concept of going to multiple shows, e

Bushleaguer- Pearl Jam How does he do it? How do they do it? Uncanny and immutable. This is such a happening tailpipe of a party. Like sugar, the guests are so refined, (look like melting mice) A confidence man, but why so beleaguered? He's not a leader, he's a Texas leaguer Swinging for the fence, got lucky with a strike Drilling for fear, makes the job simple Born on third

Quotekleermaker QuoteNoCode0680 As far as the mix goes, I prefer the "Bunnies..." version. For the Brussels songs. The Definitive Edition has other songs on it from other shows. In particular a really great version of "Doo Doo Doo Doo" from Empire Wembley Pool, but that is available on other bootlegs. I keep Bunnies around for the Brussels songs and have Heartbreaker on so

QuoteNoCode0680 QuoteMunichhilton Why do they fear Texas? Last show I saw was San Diego 2000... They pretty much fear the entire south. They've only ventured down here on a handful of occasions for festival shows, they haven't actually toured the south since the Riot Act tour 10 years ago. Eddie even told us at the Dallas '03 show that it was going to be a while before they cam

Quote84pk BIG QUESTION... For those of you that had your seat upgraded from the last row, about what time was this happening? If I get a bad $85 ticket I want to be on the move but don't want to miss out on a second chance score. I've read just about every page of this thread but it doesn't seem to mention the times that the seat upgrades are happening. Thanks for your

Quoteslew I was there last night and Rambler was a highlight. Jagger was great during the whole show, He is amazing. The whole band is. After attending a show I am tired of hearing all of the BS on this site that they can't play anymore. Especially in regard to Keith. Keith and Mick flubbed the opening of IORR but were very very good the rest of the show. Keith was really good on Gimm

Many times I try not to listen to much to a band I'm going to see in the near future. I like to be a bit surprise either with the song choice, arrangements, overall sound, etc. Its not like I go to many shows, although for the past several years I really just go to see Further (or the many incarnations of the old Grateful Dead), the Stones, and Pearl Jam). I'm just to lazy to go see oth

I listened to Sway from last night's show in the car today. I simply hooked up my phone and played the audio of the youtube video through my car speakers. (imagine that I'm cruising down the highway listening to last night's show, incredicle!) I thought it tighter than the previous tour versions, but damn Jagger 2013 can't seem to sing it all to well and the back up singer

QuoteFrankM Quotepinkfloydthebarber toronto police have reported a mysterious outbreak of fist and foot sized holes in drywall in homes across the city Hopefully the hockey fans up there are not as bad as some basketball fans in the U.S. who riot in the streets even if their team wins. yes, indeed, just awful. But don't let those sheepish Canadians fool you, remember when the bruins beat

I think Altamont is significant in many ways. One being that it gave the band that "dangerous" image for many years to come as stated in the above postings. It would have been interesting if Altamont never happened. What kind of image would have developed?

QuoteGumbootCloggeroo QuoteJumpinJackOLantern QuoteKatieGirl I think Keith wrote "Life" precisely because the relationship between him and Mick was so bad he figured it couldn't get any worse. "Life" didn't ruin Mick and Keith's relationship, it just made it public. Perhaps that is what embarassed Mick. Not that Keith is blameless in any of this. The two things

So wonderful to see the boys on stage again . . . I just feel as though brown sugar, however, is missing something in the last 30 years or so, and yes I am refering to Taylor's runs on it . . . I used to love that solo he would do after the sax solo, and then his runs at the end . . . hope he stays on after his 2 or 3 songs in the arenas. Wood doesn't give me that lift I need with this

I was in a frame store the other day in Reading, MA. The owner had a framed signed stones bootleg in the back room. I checked it out and ended up bursting his bubble completely . . . The framed signed bootleg was kinda nice. On each side was the records, and in the middle was the bootleg, I think it was the back. It was titled European Tour 1970, no other city or date information. The picture

What are some of your favorite Jagger performances in the last 20 years? Here is one of mine . . . its an intense moment during the show. I think those moments have been few and far between since '81, but I have to admit, Mick really cuts loose on this one. Cheers

Quoteryanpow On LA Friday, between aint too proud and You Got To Move mick goes "Sit down stand up, sit down stand up, sit down stand up...". It sounds like the part of George Carlin's stand up when he talks about sitting (and standing) through a Catholic Mass. I think I remember seeing a video of ATTB from one of those shows and at the end he's sitting on the floor then he
