I suppose it's hard to sing, that's why they avoid playing it live. As a band you always have to take care about what songs the singer is able to sing without getting hoarse or voicely tired. So, a band always chooses the key for the singer but sometimes a song doesn't work if it's played "too low" or "too high". I guess that's the problem with One Hit

Under Cover Of course there are songs on various albums I don't really like (especially on Dirty Work, Emotional Rescue and Between The Buttons) but I wouldn't rate these LPs as being bad. Under Cover also has good songs but all in all it's the weakest album.

1175. The stage
Does anybody have information about the stage? How will it look? How will they manage to include 400 fans "on the stage"? The only thing I know is that the Stage is in Toronto at the time.

How to show that you're a fan? Try shirts, tattoos, tell all people that the Stones are the best, dance when they are played, @#$%& during Beast of Burden etc.

For me, peronally, a REAL Stones fan does not seek for weak parts of his favourite band but adores what they do. I can't understand why some people in the community always look for bad issues or compare the Stones to other, mostly overrated bands or artists. The Rolling Stones are unique, legendary and simply the best band in the world. If a "fan" doesn't see it, it's no

The Stones themselves feel in the tradition of the old blues musicians who have played until they died. So will the Stones BUT they can't be the same band if Charlie, Keith or Mick died. As long as they're all alive and well they will play. They will record and do concerts. Maybe this will be the last tour of that dimension and no one knows how long Mick will be able to behave on stage

I also sent my dream setlist to the Stones. But what I read here is unbelievable. What do you guys think the Stones will play? Are you serious to list songs such as Memo From Turner, I Don't Know Why, Fortune Teller? I mean even 100 Years Ago, Jigsaw Puzzle or Hound Dog won't have a chance to be played live. Some songs are very hard to play live (I'm doing Time Waits For No One

I visited the U2 concert in Berlin and paid 55 Euro for one ticket. For the Stones in 2003 I paid 110 Euro (FOS). That's just half the price ... Hope the Stones won't top themselves in terms of ticket prices next year, otherwise the stadiums will be empty.

You're all such lovely people, dancing gaily 'round the floor The only thing that I see is: there is a new Stones single after 7 years and people make it down! Why? Why aren't we all happy to be able to listen to new material? "Streets of Love" will make it to a high position in the charts - that was the intend to release it as single. And Mick's ballads are mu

In my opinion "Live and let die" was the last good song McCartney has written. In the 80s and 90s he only published crap. "Hope of Deliverance" is one of my most hated songs, excpetionally I don't understand the meaning of the piece of shit. Even though "Goddess In The Doorway" wasn't that good, there are songs Mick wrote which are just perfect and very

@Doxa: they played "Shine A Light" also in some stadiums in 1995. I remember them playing this song in Berlin stdium in 1995 ... I mean this is some of the tiny highlights we all have experienced throughout the years. What about "2000 Light Years From Home" in 1989/90? What about other extras?

Most intros have become classics. My first show was in 1990 - you'l never forget this moment before the Stones entered the stage with SMU (what an opener). But I liked the intros of VL, B2B (the fireball on the video screen !!!) and No Security. Licks Tour's intro was a bit flat. But whenever I seen DVDs or videos from 1975/76 (great intro as well) or 1981 (I loved Duke Ellington&

All of you guys just speculate too much. Whenever I hear wishes such as "You Better Move On", "Flight 505" or "If You Really Want To Be My Friend" I'm asking myself whether these people want to rock or listen to a "second best of the second best" album. Sure, I want to hear songs they haven't done very often but what would a Stones concert be with
