Nice effort, but a bit too fast and forced. But that's I would be too when I know I'm recording. Try standing up and maybe use an electric guitar, you will have more room for your hands to play the chords high up the neck.

Dude, why not give a direct link? There's nothing about the Stones on the main yahoo website. You might as well say there is a lot of Stones stuff on the internet.

F&*@ing amazing. Keith was using a capodastra, couldn't see clearly what position though, probably 5th. Anyone knows if he was using an open tuning?

Sure, any effect is useful in Stones or blues songs. But you need to understand that just getting the equipment won't get you the sound. You are as a player the biggest influence on the sound. Oh, and his name is Jimi.

Sorry, but you will never be able to sound like Jimi, because you're not Jimi. Most of the sound comes from the player, not the equipment. Same with the solo on SFTD. However, that solo sounds like it has a lot of treble, so try increasing that on your guitar and/or amp.

Try the 70's live album 'We Want Miles', that's really awesome.

Sister Morphine was indeed recorded

I think Bo Diddley wrote a couple of one-chord songs. And probably Zappa did as well.

Powerchord riffs are not really chord progressions, but there is probably a grey area there. Keith's ballads have some great progressions, All About You, Make no Mistake, Thru and Thru. Similarly Nearness of You.

It seems like only the 2 Arena shows so far. What I understand they didn't sell out immediately (are they now?), so why schedule another show? Maybe the rest of the Netherlands will get a show.

No, he's not messing up. But he just plays one part slightly different from the way Chuck originally wrote it, and Chuck simply points that out to him.
