Great band. Benjamin Orr was a great bassist and stellar vocalist. Sang a bunch of the Cars hits (Just What I Needed, Let's Go, Drive . . .) Played rock & roll till the day he died (literally). That's how he wanted to go out. When he died, they played Drive throughout the R & R Hall of Fame in memoriam. (Will most likely be inducted this year). So sad. Ric has nothing to d

Yes, it's sad for his children, but clearly he was troubled and depressed, and felt that this was his only option. He was 55 years old. His kids are already grown up. Would you rather him participate in some reckless behavior that could have injured or killed innocent people? Drinking or drugging and driving? Crashing your car intentionally like that director of The Hitcher? How about tha

I thought he looked great. And sounded like . . . Keith! It was awesome seeing him perform at the end with R.E.M., one of my favorite bands of all time (along with the Stones, of course).

A sad goodbye to one of the most soaring and signature and voices in rock history. The tandem of Delp and Scholz really caught lightning in a bottle, and were as perfect a pairing as some of rock majestry (Jagger/Richards, Page/Plant, Mercury/May). A profound sadness is felt from those who grew up with Brad's voice defining their childhood. Our thoughts are with the Delp family and h

Yeah R.E.M. is really boring. Document didn't rock at all. Neither did Lifes Rich Pagent. Or Monster. Green was very slow with lots of harps and choirs. Certainly not Reckoning. Or Fables of the Reconstruction. Murmur barely had any guitars. New Adventures In Hi-Fi was like a lullaby. Chronic Town was super lame. Lay off the pipe stoned in dc. You're doing yourself a great disserv

Dread Zeppelin are awesome. What made them so good, was that technically they were amazing musicians. Their first two albums are classics. Actually, the name of one of the guys in the band was Jah Paul Jo. There's also Ed Zeppelin! Not only did thet do Black Dog and Hound Dog together, but they also mixed Heartbreaker and Heartbreak Hotel! And during Moby Dick, the Elvis impersonato
