Definitely spontaneous. I was balcony front row, and I was looking through my binoculars at the time so I could see Ronny's steel guitar playing better. So you can image how close I was. The placement on the stage was not ideal for such a moment. It was middle/back of stage and kind of facing towards stage right. They both kind of smiled and it was very cool.
