What's wrong with Phish?! All they ever did was: -Play marathon shows without repeating songs in consecutive nights or venues -Tour relentlessly, playing all over the country -Allow fans to tape -Release shows online the night after they were performed -Play other bands albums in their entirety as a musical costume for halloween -Charge less than $50 per ticket for every ticket in

It's so much more exciting to hear the opening notes to Sway, then to hear Mick say "We're going to play Sway now". Does anyone else feel this way. Not to nitpick. I obviously love the band or I wouldn't be here. Just an observation.

Just bought it. Very excited about listening to the whole thing. First few songs sounded great. Last album was very underwhelming. Certainly a step sideways (if not a few steps back). I do have to admit, I liked when he changed styles for every album. The last one killed that. This one feels like all of the previous albums put in a blender. Not necessarily a bad thing. Time will tell.

For those of you who don't know, "Knights of Prosperity" is the name of a sitcom that's about two guys who want to rob Mick Jagger. Apparently he plays a recurring role coming off as an aloof dandy. Sounds pretty funny.

73rd Street between 3rd Avenue and Lexington Ave. They have crew everywhere, and seemed to have rented out two brownstones for filming. My guess if that Mick is there. I just don't see him in Montana for three days before the show (no offense to Montana). Any locals should swing by and have a look. I'm going to walk my bulldog there after work. Since everyone was excited about the boys playind Dead Flowers in Kentucky, I was thinking the boys could probably do a whole show in New York with just songs that reference New York! I'll start it off: Shattered Honky Tonk Women Miss You

Never shared this story. This is as good a time as any. Halloween 2004, headed to a dive bar in NYC that will remain nameless around 2am. This place is a real local place that does karaoke on weekends. The mc introduces "Dave" to come up and sing a song. A guy in a blue collared shirt and white baseball cap gets onstage and starts singing "Just A Gigalo". I was in the restr

Kiss should definately be in the hall. Some debate about Iggy Pop. I'm on the fence about this. A lot of British progessive rock has been ignored. For example: Jethro Tull, Moody Blues, Yes, etc. Don't know how I feel about this. Should be interesting when Rush becomes eligible. Van Halen will be eligible soon. Should make for an interesting performance. The Cars will breese
