Teddy's information usually does pan out. If only the Danny Saber sessions weren't so questionable to me. Because it's Teddy I accept it happened in 2002, but it just nags at me that the dates don't line up. Still, we don't always know their movements.

I've heard them Rocky. Nine songs including two that got reworked for the 40 Licks release. unfortunately I can't go any further discussing them.

He does. It's called The Rolling Stones.Quote

Blink 182 sucks. Same crap as Green Day. Foo Fighters could potentially be tolerated, but I really hope Jagger has something better up his sleeves...
However, he did remark positively about them on camera recently.

OK, so I started a thread, innocently, pondering the possibility that Mick's SNL appearance will actually be a publicity stunt to announce a new tour AND IT'S BEEN DELETED!
Oooh, the plot thickens!

Musical guests do two songs
Song 1 with Mick Taylor on accoustic.
Song 2 introduced by Lorne Michaels-"Ladies and Gentlemen, The Rolling Stones.
Mick says, "Thank you, good night. We'll see you next year."

Others also proposed similar thoughts with different phrasing.

I missed something on this thread about the nine unreleased tracks?

"The Mick Taylor comedy bits". If anybody out there is wondering why I'm
suddenly so certain that that this SNL episode is all about the Stones,
the very existence of that phrase to describe an actual occurence in reality
is more than reason enough.

Am I the only one that thinks the bassist May 19 will be Don Was, and that the bassist for the 2012 tour will be Bill Wyman except when he can't
be there when it will again be Don?)

Yes. Because there is no 2012 tour.
