I have trouble listening to this one all the way through. Obviously there were lots of distractions at this time in the band. Loudie - I agree that Charlie is underated and technically he is better than Keith Moon. The Who have NOT been the same band without him though. Both Mick and Keith did not want Saitisfaction to be released as a single. Brian, Bill and Charlie did. I've seen interviews with both Mick and Keith saying pretty much the same thing. I'm glad majority ruled on that one! If not their best song certainly their most important song historically speaking.

Styx though not a great band is not the worst band ever - some of the bands listed that Tommy Shaw wrote for are pretty bad. My least favorite band is Rush but i admit that they are talented just not my thing.
