Here's my contention, that "Lies" is the only unfamiliar song, all the rest are/have been utilized in concert since. I've looked at Beggars, Sticky, EOMS (My personal favorite) and as much as i'd like too, i don't see anything to beat it

Bland And Blue... Nice album title!

No, it's not. But maybe the best post 1972 album. In contention with Tattoo You. SG has more hits than TY but sounds dated (the sound) when listening to it.
TY has the monsterhit (SMU) and a better sound production than SG.

This akin to being on a Who forum and reading people liking the Kenny Jones or Zak Starkey albums over the Keith Moon ones.

Yeah , well.
i would go for the mick Taylor years, then ronnie, then Brian.

Or a Status Quo-forum, where people claim that the band is better than ever – with only Rossi left of the original or the classic lineup

My Favorite is Beggars Banquet because that's when Keith and Mick starting to mature as musicians and writers.
I would say if you include the bonus songs from Some Girls and that could of been
a double album and up their with exile.
The bonus some girls CD and Blue and Lonesome and Cross Eyed Heart are the albums
I listen these days for the Ron Wood Era.

Summer Romance, All About You, Black Limo, Hang Fire and Start Me Up were recorded for SOME GIRLS so you could throw those in to balance the post SOME GIRLS tracks on the extra SG disc to make a fantastic double LP of SOME GIRLS.

Don't wanna spoil the fun (or that great comp), but...
All About You: Recording date: January-February 1979, November 1979-January 1980 & April 1980

Most of Sticky belongs on a LIB deluxe then.
