Apart from that, I would suggest:
"Long, Long While",
It's not guitar-based, so I reckon it would be fine. Would be a nice (like with Shine A Light and She's A Rainbow) spot for Chuck to shine as well.

In a stadium? I think only songs with a steady rhythm, not too far away from a steady rock n roll rhythm have a chance of surviving. Child of the Moon would be a chaos, what with all the breaks and funny sounds. Unless they'd radically change it, but the last time they changed the arrangements of their (or anybody's) songs is decades ago.

Smoothening out the breaks could work? Other than those, this track in many ways are the embryonic «standard Stones». Would have been interesting, imo.

I don't think that in their actual stadium set-up, it would work very well, but in a small club, there are a number of songs I would like to hear. Since I can only pick one, I'd pick the one most likely to work:

Band Introduction
They've been doing that one for more than 35 years, but they only say it never play it -- and it could never be a warhorse because several of the backing names don't get said after awhile. And, especially, I'd like to see who would sub in on drums when Charlie comes to the mic to say "Hello". And then, of course, there are all those birthday Band Introduction numbers.
No one ever mentions Band Introduction as a warhorse, even though it is as much of a staple as Brown Sugar -- but they've never actually played it.
I suppose the closest they've ever actually come to playing it was on Keith's 38th birthday in Hampdon, Virginia, 1981. Keith did a few chords on the guitar and then that chick showed up with a tray of drinks and ruined the whole number.

I am afraid Tie You Up & Feel On Baby would not work on stage although the studio versions are marvelous. Look what happened to other great songs like Love Is Strong & One Hit on stage, they became pale shadows. Some songs bloom on stage, some die.
