What I understand at this point is:
If you bought Tier 1-2 WITH the Silly Bar, AND you're a UK resident, your rubbery wrist thing is being posted to you.
If you bought Tier 1-2 WITH the Silly Bar, and you're NOT a UK resident, our rubbery wrist things are NOT being posted to us -
we have to go stand in an extra line to collect them on the day of the show.

Why we've been told to print out a totally generic email and bring it with us to will call is anyone's guess.

Fools.

I think we need to start demanding to be able to collect our rubbery things from will-call BEFORE the day of the show.

This is what my latest email from Front Gate also says. So who do we lobby for Friday pick-up?

(Just called the Barclaycard number--"sorry, our offices are now closed." )

It seems it's Barclay's WindUp we need to lobby to be able to pick up our damned gummybands before the day of the show,
and the more of us who can contact them to insist on that the better, obviously!
If anyone can come up with an email address that will reach the right party (not Frontgate and not BST)
that would be brilliant - I'm going broke phoning the UK

on their site ( [www.barclaycardunwind.com] ) we could use the link to Facebook or email them, apparently they answer quite quickly on Facebook

I wrote a mail May 24th and asked.
I received the following answer the same day:

Orders with Recorded Delivery or International mail will be dispatched in the Summer. Generally tickets are dispatched approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the event. Please contact us if you don't receive your tickets at least 72 hours prior to the event date.

Please note: If your order is set up for International Will Call, tickets will not be sent. You will collect on site at the festival entrance when you arrive. More will call information will be updated at [bst-hydepark.com] when available.

Regards,
Front Gate Tickets

That's ridiculous, that mail delivery was charged so high that they should have sent us the tickets within one week from the booking!!!angry smiley

Many big UK agencies don't send tickets out until about a fortnight before the event. For instance, I have never received my IOW Festival tickets more than seven days in advance. Don't panic yet.

If you've got some particular reason why you won't be at home to receive the tix (like you are travelling to the UK a week before the gig) then you'd do better to contact the organisers and arrange to collect them on the day.

You should start getting worried ONLY by say third or fourth week of June, and most certainly not anytime before mid-June

Concerning the shipping price (yes - they will obviously transfer my tickets to Germany by a ship) I am expecting a high-tech and secret-code-based black box that is additionally secured by a little spring gun. The tickets are printed on gilded paper for sure!

Just received the following eMail from Ticketmaster UK:

Dear Ticketmaster customer,

This is a courtesy email regarding the Barclaycard presents British Summer Time events that are due to take place at Hyde Park, London, on 5, 6, 12 and 13 July 2013.

Your tickets will be dispatched closer to the date of the event.

Whilst Ticketmaster aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible, we are not always able to be specific with the exact dates of dispatch. Please allow as much time as possible for your tickets to arrive before contacting us. If your tickets have not arrived five days before the show, or if you are travelling, five days before you leave, please contact us. Please include your Ticketmaster reference number and the name and postcode under which the booking was made.

Thank you for using Ticketmaster. Enjoy the event!

Best Wishes,
Ticketmaster Customer Service

Well, i assumed you paid 40 pounds on top of the ticket for the delivery, so I wouldn't worry if I were you, the delivery will be 4 stars. yawning smiley

TO ALL PEOPLE THAT LIVE OUTSIDE UK AND HAVE ORDERED TIER 1 OR TIER 2 TICKETS WITH THE BARCLAYCARD UNWIND BAR "ADD-ON" ............

As requested by the good lady sssoul, suggest you all contact Barclaycard unwind customer services and pressure them into allowing you to pick up your payband electronic ticket(s) the DAY BEFORE the event.

In that respect, your contact name, number, and e-mail address at Barclaycard Unwind is as follows:

Thanks Paul.
Are we sure the payband customer service is the same as the customer service
for the "gummyband tickets that furriners can't use to pay for anything" ?
If anyone gets a different email address please let us all know what it is, okay?
