A friend in the US had her delivery address changed to mine because of worries about getting the tickets in time....

They arrived today - tier 1 for 6th July from Viagogo HOPE THIS HELPS


Although I suspect more problems with the people (me included) who had to buy the bar package, as we have to deal with this bizarre wristband situation and bringing confirmation emails ... BST = idiots. I can't get into this again.My blood pressure can't take it.

Has anyone received his ticket(s) from Bristish Summer Time for 6th july show ?
I dont get mine , and have no news from BST , so I begin to worry ...
3/4 weeks ago, I read on the forum someone phoned to BST ,and he was they told that tickets should be mailed the followings days , but nothing ...
Does french fans got their tickets ? I'm from Paris .

I'm expecting mine to arrive to France but they haven't arrived yet.

Then, they must be posted back to England by my family.

call ticketmaster and get them to change your tickets to will-call. you then will be able to pick up your tickets the day of the show at the venue.

Have you checked your account info at British Summer Time?

I did, and there it was: Tickets shipped June 20. They'll probably arrive here today.

I bought my ticket from BST-site and there you can log in to your account and view your order.
It says there that ticket has been shipped on 20.6. (tier 2)

Picked mine up saturday at local sorting post office, this is in the UK.

First they inexplicably changed the shipping address for my July 6th order to something completely random and alien,
and now I've checked to make sure my July 13th order (which is will-call) is still all right,
that one says ERROR! ORDER NOT FOUND! GO BACK

I hope that proves enlightening to the chappie a few posts back who thought "why didn't everyone get will-call, that's simple"

When i booked tickets they charged me 30 Pounds for Inernational Mail.
Now i logged in on the bst webside.
On the receipt there ist now Delivery Method International COBO and no more 30 Pounds.

Do anybody know what this International COBO means ? What means this ?

COBO means "care of box office" - it's their alternative term for "will-call".
You need to contact them to get your 30 GBP back.

same here, if you look at your order,and click on "receipt',you'll see they changed it.
So,will they give the 30 pounds back ?

If you go for the "will call", this means you can't get early at the gig, right ?

Will call is supposed to open at 9 (or 9:30 - I forget) so if that's true,
there's a chance you don't have to be the very last person through the entrance gate

My ticket for the 13th July show were shipped on 24/06/13. (and I live outside England).

After reading this thread I checked my account and it said "no pending orders". Blood froze. I then called the service and a friendly man told me the tickets were printed and dispatched today.

Now I have some 20 days to recover form the heart attack ...

Have my Ticket for the 13th July ordered at Ticketmaster UK (also from abroad). The status on 24/06/13 4:30pm was still: "Your tickets have not yet been dispatched". I hope it's only a delay in the display of the status and my Ticket is already printed .....

A group of us will be arriving in London on the Friday evening. Wondering if there will be IORRonians's around, at St Giles Hotel area or anywhere else over London. Planning dinner at Sticky Fingers and then a walk through the park, listening to the Jovi! Would be good to meet up for a few ales as I think most of Saturday will be spent jostling for position and peeing in a bottle

I was told that they can only be picked up on the day of the show. But you should ask too,
since I seem to get four different answers every time I ask anything.

After several emails back and forth to uksupport@frontgatetickets.com and after several contacts through the BST Facebookpage [www.facebook.com] I now finally got an email telling me that my tickets for both shows were shipped. I checked my account and it is confirmed there as well.

You too huh ? And there was I thinking it was only ME that was being told different things by whomsoever I found myself speaking to - on virtually each and every occasion I tried to enquire about ticket despatch !! Christ Almighty these people are hopeless.
