Not yet. They still perform extraordinarily well and atttract huge crowds. Touring is good for them too as it keeps them young at heart and active. If you don’t want to go, fine. Enjoy the old records and your memories of the shows you did see.

I have my gripes and I don’t praise absolutely everything they do but I’ve been a fan since I was 9, I’m 51 and I’ve seen them 37 times since 1990. I’ll stop when they stop.

To me, there's just one reason for them to give up: the loss of one of them.
In my opinion, it'd be the end of the band and I've never seen them as individual artists.

If it'd be true that a US tour is coming, please give time to Bill Wyman to cruise to the States, get him a driver up and down the US and let him back full-time. I'd buy tickets and fly in from Milan to bring my respect to five people who've dedicated their whole lives to Music.

Tony Bennett, at the age of 92, is prepping two new albums: one with Diana Krall is due next month, and there's also a sequel to the Lady Gaga duets album in the pipeline. Has anyone told him to give up ? Not likely, he still loves what he does. The Stones, potentially, could keep rolling longer than any ridiculous posting about advocating that they give up.
