Once you get into the Ticketmaster site, SOME of the tickets are AMEX Pre Sale Only...
I have no idea how it works (I don't have AMEX), but some seats are "blocked" for AMEX Pre-Sale Only.

Me too. I signed on to TM at 9:45 and was placed into a waiting room. At 10am I was able to buy tickets.

This is a painful process but I waited through it and got the seats I wanted. They were expensive but after doing this for almost 50 years (first show 1972)
I know it will be worth the effort. Everyone needs to just suck it up and do it.
