QuoteWelshEdge1 I think they are well aware more than any of us that time is not on their side, after Charlie's passing and now Marianne recently. I'm sure they will look to see what's possible in the autumn time in Europe. There are plenty of "indoor" stadiums if it goes into October. September outdoors should still be fine, just venue availability would be awkward again

If Hyde Park in 2022 is my last Stones gig then I can accept that. The boys have been such an important part of my life that I will always accept what they want to do. They have earned that right more than any other band in history. We have been so lucky over the past ten years with the amount of shows we have been given. Let's be honest there have been many moments it could have stopped. Le

Quotegrzegorz67 QuoteStonesSmeth99 QuoteTravman87 No concerts listed provisionally on mu Twickenham events roster for June/July this year so definitely won’t be there for the Stones show. I’m guessing Hyde Park or Wembley stadium are the best bets? Venue appears to be Tottenham’s stadium Good. That would mean there will be LDs. There won't be if it's Hyde Park again Also brand new

QuoteWelshEdge1 When do we think the announcement will be if we have a full list? 2 weeks? With so much activity from BV and rumours swirling around I am going to bet that The Stones tongue on their social media will change next week before the first pay day of the year. When the tongue changes it's party time.

Quoteschwonek Quotepetewasbristol Hyde Park has permission to put on two more dates. All other headliners for Hyde Park have been confirmed. Is it the Stones? Let's see. It really is a wonderful place for a Rolling Stones concert. I agree. Even though they have played quite a few times in recent years it beats any stadium in London. The romantic in me wants it to be Hyde park just in case

QuoteTravman87 What is up with all this whining about Wembley? I’ve seen three concerts there and I loved them, had a great time (in the stands and on the field) If it was as horrible as you all seem to make it then why do they sell out every event and literally everyone goes there these days. It’s a great venue and the Stones should play there as they haven’t so far and there isn’t that long lef

Quotesarahunwin In their Christmas postcard, the Rolling Stones clearly state “see you in 2025!” Merry Christmas everyone and especially BV! To me, the Christmas postcard is the most solid piece of info we have. The band themselves are officially teasing live shows for 2025. Not long now folks!

It's very common for bands to announce summer European tours in February/March in line with the first pay days of the year. Holds will be in place so the stadium/venue will be secure. No need to worry about what other bands are doing therefore. People will pay for the Stones, fans and casual fans alike. It's going to be a great summer in Europe!

Wembley stadium is hands down the worst venue for live music (sound, experience, surroundings etc) in England. Nothing comes close. It makes serious £££ for any artist playing it though. I'll be there with gritted teeth if it is a Stones date next year (and no other viable UK options are available).

I think Wembley has to be high on the list as they have never played the (new) stadium. I hope not but I think it's nailed on. Personally I love seeing the Stones in a field in the summer. Always have done. If any UK gigs get announced in a field (Hyde Park, Blackweir Cardiff, Bristol Downs...) I will be made up. I'll go where the wind blows of course.

Quotewaterrats QuoteDeeGee Do I read this correctly? UK only? Oh no: I read "there is no doubt their European shows will pack the same punch." And here I understand 'European' to be a geographical terminus so this would mean a Tour of Europe including the UK. And I would understand "The announcement will be coming in the next few weeks" to mean before the end of

QuoteWelshEdge1 Quotepetewasbristol Cardiff Principality has opened many major European tours recently due to its roof and availability (Springsteen, Oasis) and with gaps in its May schedule I'm keeping all my fingers crossed for the Stones! It's empty 90% of the year, though with the roof closed I think it sounds worse. Last show they upgraded people including myself from GA to Golde

Although it was cool seeing Ashcroft enter the RAH stage while Cast No Shadow was played at the weekend... There was talk of three support acts for each show back in August, so I think the Manics in Cardiff are nailed on if true. Liam has been giving clues abo

I'm amazed at how many people take Liam's comments on Twitter at face value. He's taking the piss most of the time. I would imagine the current focus is on the world tour shows that are still to be announced, getting the band lineup finalised and finishing off the new album... Roll on 2025

The first three albums are superb and I have no problem with them being in my collection. Although I do remember the criticism they received when Speed of Sound was released as a single around Glastonbury 2005 when they headlined. Many people saying it was no different to what they had released before...well they certainly put that to bed with the albums that followed. I lost them as many did aft

You keep your spot—at least, I did. When it was finally my turn, I got tickets by refreshing and going back a couple of times. As mentioned above, tickets kept popping up. They don’t put all the tickets on sale at once. However,

As Oasis have teamed up with Twickets it means that you will always be able to get a ticket. There's just too many tickets being sold for there not be. It also means tickets in the second hand market at face value which is amazing. Every band should us Twickets. It will drive out the unfair second hand market scum.
