They're not doing Wembley.

Yippee! Oh, but where, then? Twickenham is not a favourite for me, either.

What's with London Stadium like in 2018 ?

Twickers doesn't sound too bad so long as you're on the pitch and not in the stands.

How would Arsenal fan Mick play at Spurs.

What is up with all this whining about Wembley? I’ve seen three concerts there and I loved them, had a great time (in the stands and on the field) If it was as horrible as you all seem to make it then why do they sell out every event and literally everyone goes there these days. It’s a great venue and the Stones should play there as they haven’t so far and there isn’t that long left in their careers as we know.

My only issue with Twickenham is the transport links. For me, it's just a little too far from Central London. 2017 was a nightmare commute back, from what I recollect.

The London Stadium is on the Elizabeth Line, so that'll be more convenient; for me, at least.

The new Spurs stadium might be okay, but I don't like the area.

Hyde Park, please!

Lol. It’s really not. Book the free shuttle bus service they run for all events and you can get there and return with zero hassle whatsoever

Isn't Tottenham Hotspur Stadium situated in the old site of the previous ground, White Hart Lane? From memory, it's quite walkable to Seven Sisters Underground.

It is and I have been for football a few times (not a Spurs fan btw!). Seven Sisters is quite a walk after a show. Overall its a fair way out from the centre and not great for pubs etc. The London Stadium on the EL is easier and has Westfield for food/drinks before.......just my opinion :-)

Why would they wait for the grammys? Not sure if the grammys are even a thing among the average european.

true, I also thought that it was something linked more to the United States.

I hope it's a false rumor and that they announce it as soon as possible, both for the cost of flights and hotels and also because I can't wait anymoresmiling bouncing smiley

..........Unlikely that they will change their schedule to hang out at the Grammys. They typically do it via Satellite.

I’ll see them anywhere, it’s gonna be a rock and roll weekend in Europe red eye style. Judging from the previous European tour YouTube videos Hyde Park looked like a fantastic venue.

It's a soulless venue in a terrible location with awful sound. My opinion of course. Should have knocked the old Wembley down and left it at that.

Saying that, if it's the Stones only UK show then I'm there...

It was only 45.000, but maybe Cologne would be a nice location after so many years.

yes please! Loved it in 2006. Great sound.

No rumours I have seen but they never skipp the area (dusseldorf, koln, gelsenkirchen). Maybe Dortmund is even an option.

According to setlist.fm the Stones played Dortmund only twice - in 67 and 76. I say it is about time!
The Stones played Germany 119 times from 1965 to 2022.
The Top 5 German cities for the Stones:
1. Munich (18x)
2. Berlin (16x)
3. Cologne (13x)
4. Frankfurt (12x)
5. Hamburg (11x)

I don't think there have ever been concerts at the Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund. The Westfalenhalle where the played 1967 and 1976 is Arena sized.

Yeah i can understand your opinion about being in a terrible location. Perhaps the soulless venue part is because it is pretty huge and open. The noise created from 90,000 fans packed in is pretty awesome though.
They were never going to leave the old one as it was old and demand for new stadia would always happen.
Honestly i will go anywhere the Stones play. Hyde Park was awesome

The Westfalenhalle in Dortmund is wonderfull for a Stones concert in 2025.

But I don´t think it`s possible. Only for 15.000. I was there in 1967 and 1976.

I agree. As the Stones will be promoted by Eventim again, it might just be the Waldbühne again. Which is a really cool location! Historic even with the Stones.

I live in Dortmund and the football stadium (Signal Iduna Park) isn´t a concert venue at all (we have the annual "Weihnachtssingen" with 80.000 fans, but that´s it). The Westfalenhalle is a modern arena, but I doubt the Stones will do any arena gigs in europe (at least not in spring/summer). I really hope the will play the Waldbühne in Berlin again. I was there FOS with my daughter at the last gig of the last european tour and it was so amazing. The best outdoor venue in Germany for me.
