Not to add to the fire but I thought 2 concerts in Barcelona from tour start was peculiar. Maybe one is a private show or something. Anyhow, I'm still hoping this rumored schedule is good. Also, want to say it is a bit different from past itineraries. I hope everyone gets to see at least one concert.smileys with beer

Apparently, the place to be is Spain: 1 concert for 15 Millions people. The place not to be is France: 1 concert for 68 millions people. That ratio would translate to 5 concerts in the US.

I think Netherlands and Denmark would shade that theory of concerts per million population

No concerts listed provisionally on mu Twickenham events roster for June/July this year so definitely won’t be there for the Stones show. I’m guessing Hyde Park or Wembley stadium are the best bets?

If they announced it there everyone will know. The real question is anything else booked for those dates? If yes, no chance but if dates are open who knows.

not to forget the UK – 8 shows in 2018 = 1 show per 8,5 million people

If it is I'll go to both shows ,excellent venue for concerts , unlike Wembley. Will give Hyde Park a miss also if that's chosen ...

Good. That would mean there will be LDs. There won't be if it's Hyde Park again

Also brand new venue for the Stones. Always exciting when that happens. If they can factor in a weekend date then that will be a bonus!

I wonder, if the first concert in Barcelona is on the 11th, and Lisbon is on May 20, then when will the second concert be in Barcelona? May 15 or 16? It is also unclear when the concert in Seville will be, probably May 24 or 25?

I was wondering if the opening show may be delayed until the 13th. That would give them time to put up a stage after the el classico on the 10th. That would have enabled 13/17/21/25...29 in Rome.

But a date of the 13th does not enable a date of 20th for Lisbon, so who knows...

Can't have a show on the 13th. 13 is a bad number!

Hyde Park means you can get in for around £95 (last time anyway)

Lucky Dips mean you get in for half of that, even less depending on the venue/country.

Own lucky Dip button? That sounds interesting to me. can you tell a little bit more? lucky dip sale in ,2022 was rather stressful.

Sorry, button for Presale, not Lucky Dip. But Lucky Dip is always stressful but chances are good.

More info in the Madrid link here:
[iorr.org]

About the Lucky Dip - have you ever had it while going to the show alone? How it is handled since normally LD is a pair of tickets, is that correct?

in case you have one spare LD you'll easily find someone to come with you here on IORR

Thanks. And how about the situation if your LD are not so "lucky", if you get nosebleed seats, is there any customer office where you can ask them to Exchange tickets? I mean REALLY bad seats, like behind the glass wall or something....any ideas?

Edit: wrong match.

They really need to be able to play at Camp Nou by May. But all these building projects always run late...

People have done that before, some have succeeded. I think you can run a search and find the answer. Of course, the fine print says all sales are final as in no exchanges or refunds, but it can't hurt to ask.

We deserve decent tour throught all the countries that they haven't play since 2014 or earlier.

I guess there were and still are good reasons not to play the countries you have on your mind (local buying power might be the most obvious one)

Not sure if I understand..what countries I have in my mind? Norway, Sweden, Finland are countries I had in my mind. Why they wouldn't get what they want? winking smiley Stones didn't play in Norway since 2014.
There are other countries in Europe apart Spain, UK, Germany..So far we don't see anything in Central or Central-Eastern Europe. before you will conclude with something like take a train /bus/ flight: not everyone can afford it! There are Lucky Dips (not so "lucky" often), but that is not solving problem with traveling across Europe.
Simple example - due to family issues and commitments I can only travel after July 12 - IF there will be Munich show held on July 12, I have no option to travel there because there is no train and flights are incredibly costly.
Still not sure if you understand. Sorry for tool long post.

Maybe a 2nd leg in 2026 (similar to 2017/2018) with the countries that were left out in 2025?

buying power is one factor, population density, infrastructure, and people interessted in that kind of music are other important factors (there are millions of people living in China but most of them are not interested in western rock music). And there are some restrictions, too. If you chose to play 14 shows you simply can't visit every place and you have to find suitable venues that haven't been booked by other act
Finally:
The biggest markets for rock music in Europe are (in this order): the UK, Germany, France.
The biggest markets for live music in Europa are (in this order): Germany, UK, France, Italy, Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Austria, and Spain
(see: [www.statista.com] )

execept for the shows in Spain and Portugal the rumors we have so far neatly reflect this ranking. Shows in Spain make sense because Barcelona and Seville are top tourist destinations, while Sweder and Norway are rather remote places for most Europeans

That would be great, but I have no hope given the general overlook on the tendency to skip that area (however only the Stones do that, we had plenty of shows during last 3 years / G'N'R, Mtallica, Pink, Taylor Swift and many others). There is business for all of them here, why not for the Stines then? ;/

Cheapest power /elcrticity is in Norway and nordic countries.
Yes, you can be right speaking of tourist destinations, but I'm speaking of chances to see the Stones for all coz like I said not everyone from CEE is free to travel for Western Europe. That's sad, but true.
