I was in high school,and bought it brand new.I think I bought it through The Record Club Of America,where you could get 5 records for $5 with no other commitments. From what I read, the Grateful Dead were scheduled to play before the Rolling Stones.When they decided not to play,there was a long gap before the Rolling Stones came on stage. This added to the tension already there from the Hells Angeles.Which in turn added more fuel to the fire.Even though this concert had major problems,I would love to see a video of the entire show.

By far,the best song on Bigger Bang. Also,after the album was released they interviewed Mick Jagger. They asked him if any of the songs had personal meanings,and he said this song did.Seeing him sing this song in concert reminded me of when he sang Some Girls in 1999.Sheer rock with a lot of emotion.

I am at 54 now,and saw 7 on this tour. My first was in Cleveland 1975,which is still my favorite concert ever.I have seen them in every US tour since then,and have traveled througout the United States and Canada(benefit for the blind too in 1979).

I love this band too.I have about 4 of their CD's,and they are a great psychedelic band. Its so awesome to hear songs that are not commercialized and played on the radio every day. I wish the Rolling Stones would play more rare songs in concert.

I agree with you 100%. The song worked well in 1978 when disco was mainstream.It even did a good job introducing many people who weren't fans of the Rolling Stones to like them. However,this song now has been so overplayed,and is not a real rocking song.

The Rolling Stones performing on stage has never been embarrasing. If they have to dump a bunch of $85 tickets,they will get the job done.I will be there rocking with my $85 tickets in about 20 hours!
