From what I know from here and there,reading, cricket, sports, cinema should be some of the things he is interested in.

He said recently (2011 - 2012) that he loves gardening.

One article said Mick is a beekeeper on his Loire Valley estate. A friend said, "It's a amusing to see Mick wear his protective beekeeper outfit."

Mick and Macca are two of the worlds greatest authoritys on the subject.

Seriously though,they have both made their mark in music,and apart from music I reckon cricket is a hobby/passion of Mick.

I could swear that I read somewhere a few years ago that Mick is into bird watching, has anyone else seen that? Btw, I meant REAL birds, not the British slang "birds"!

He loves History, bird watching, learning about and collecting wines, especially white wines, archetecture, and gardening. ( along with some of the things already mentioned). Oh, and of course, he loves film-making--Jagged Films for example. He is not a man who gets bored, I wouldn't think.

In Prince Rupert's new book, he suggested for Mick's knightly coat of arms the images of a cricket bat and a guitar.

Or as Prince Rupert said in the vocabulary of heraldry: "A cricket bat rampant and a guitar couchant." "Rampant" means the cricket bat at an angle. "Couchant" means the guitar laid horizontal.

Anyway, Prince Rupert obviously thought cricket was important to Mick.
