no security was my first tour and my first two stones shows. absolutely amazing. great shows. great energy. fantastic set lists. i was able to see the 2nd anaheim pond show by a stroke of luck and made it my goal to see at least one more there after, which ended up being in vegas at the mgm grand. both shows were f'n incredible. these two shows really fueled the fire for me making it on each

the last go around of Stone's gigs from this person's pov: what can you say. i still constantly think about the two anaheim "honda center" shows. great set list. got to log in two more stones shows. a few songs that i've never seen live before. and probably most important, these were the first Rolling Stones shows that my wife got to witness (and they played her favorit

i can't say any particular tour out of the 4 tours i attended were disappointing. i can say that the shows i attended in each tour were significantly different, and some would rate higher than others. in general they group up like this: no security - anaheim pond 2 & mgm grand - both amazing - 8/10 licks - staples, anaheim stadium, wiltern, mgm grand 1 & 2 - all amazing -

with this last go-around on the 50th ann-o tour, i was fortunate enough to log my 13th & 14th shows at the honda center, anaheim. my first two shows in 1999 during no security - the pond (now honda center) and mgm grand were simply amazing. mainly b/c it was the first time seeing the band live, legends, history in the making, and after a few years of listening to their music, reading the bo

my two shows on no security were both amazing, mainly b/c they were my first stones shows ever. but the licks tour, in terms of song selection & creativity, was my favorite set of shows when comparing the NS, Licks, and BB tours. the BB shows were very good. each of my shows were kick-ass, however, i felt that the enthusiasm from the band was a little off, and there were at each show one

i was at both anaheim shows - both we're incredible ... i would have to give anaheim #2 the nod for the best musically - the energy, dave grohl, shattered, wild horses ... just amazing. but i was on the floor for anaheim #1, which was a pure party!! great stuff.

Two shows this tour ... my 13th & 14th ... my wife's 1st and 2nd ... both at Honda Center in Anaheim. First off, my hopes was to secure the cheapest seats possible at a face of 175 (including fees) for one of the shows. Then the 85 dollar ticket offer was announced so again, my hope was to secure these tickets for one of the shows. Day of the online on-sale ... I took the We

i think demand for any type of show will be inherent as long as they do not saturate the market ... i really liked the licks tour formats with three shows, stadiums, arenas, and clubs. to help the hardships of travels, cold/bad weather, etc., perhaps limit stadiums to the summer months and even the tour itself. they can get a lot accomplished during april - october. further, stick to a ci

imo ticket prices for the stones have been pretty high since my first time seeing them in 99. f/v one section off the stage was $300 USD per tix. licks was around $350 and BB was $450. i was fortunate to see them up close for the vast majority of my 12 shows (a couple, scalped tickets for a 100-150 bucks, which got me in the door). but i remember the day before dodger stadium, paying 99 on ticke

back during the BB tour, they added dodger stadium during the last U.S. leg and it wasn't near sold out. AND i picked up a 450 dollar ticket for 100 bucks. they performed in LA & OC a total of 5 shows (6 if you include san diego) throughout the course of the tour: 1 anaehim, 2 hollywood bowl, 1 forum, 1 dodger stadium, 1 san diego stadium i attended anaheim, the 1st hollywood bow

i would imagine that the financial situation across the four lads: M, K, C, R is fairly "comfortable". however, promoters are sitting outside the Stones' office promising them the new world record. i truly think that they would be more interested in scaling down the shows (arenas, large & small theatres), making the experience more intimate for their fans, and forgo the hassle

i remember my first couple of shows (99) as being, simply put, unbelievable! i first got into the stones only a couple of years prior and bought the Bridges DVD and thought this is the coolest thing i've ever seen. plus the intro video to the no security tour with keith licking out jumping jack flash was pretty awesome. next up was the 2002 licks shows - i was fortunate enough and caught

So, if i have this right: 1) a tour will happen (most likely) 2) it's going to be run of the mill 3) ticket prices in the USA 1,000 plus 4) Wyman and Taylor; maybe, maybe not 5) if they do perform, it justifies the prices Well then: 1) would love to see them live once more - no question 2) would love to see them live once more - regardless of the set (however, it would be n

the only thing i wish is that they would really switch up the set lists ... i went to: 11/05 anaheim stadium - 21 songs - good show, didn't like mick's comment when he said something like hope you didn't have to mortgage your house for a ticket. hollywood bowl shows were good - 21 songs a piece - a few different song choices thrown in there. the forum show 3/06 was a rocker
