I met Mick at a show in STL at the Viking Hotel about 3 years ago. He seemed really cool and signed my Stones cds although I also bought his solo cd and had him sign it too. Haven't actually listoned to it, but I felt a little guilty only having him sign stones cds. Also met John Entwhistle on his solo tour and him sign WHO cds and still haven't listoned to his solo cd either.Oh well

The unofficial 4cd release also comes w/a dvd of the AMA awards broadcast of the Stones. The sound is ok but far below other sbs like Hampton 81 or DFW 78! Still very nice to have. Fishheads sells it very reasonably if he still has some.

Arizona and a New Jersey show were in the flick. When Mick tells the women in HTW that he's taking them to KC with him, me and my friend Vince let out a scream at theater in KC that we were at as I saw the 12-14 (MT SHOW) and he saw the 15th in KC. A great memory indeed!

For anyone who loves Stones-like music (like WE ALL DO), look up the C. Kings cd "Let's Go Get Stoned"! It sounds as close to the 60's- 70's as anything I've ever heard but it's mostly original songs. They do do a cover of Street Fighting Man and Can't Believe It (or Get Yourself Together from the Black Box) my absolute favorite un released song! Their cd

The Satisfaction version is really great. The opening is extended before Mick starts to sing (perhaps he just f-ed up!). Yes it's gloriously sloppy but very cool to hear the 75-76 band rip into it!

It may not be the best version, but the sb reherrsal show "89 (Better than the Rebirth", Kieth plays part of opening guitar riff like on the studio version. Really like it alot!
