Fav book of Stones

I love the Victor Bockris book on Keith.
Booth's book as well.
Rolling w/ The Stones is amazing.
I leaf through that book at least 5 X a month.
I think Bill is the best Stones "biographer" just because of all the diaries and memorabilia he collected.
Is the Stephen Davis book any good or is it just a bunch of embellishment like his others?

I've read all of them and I have to say that Davis' "Old Gods Almost Dead" is my favorite.

Curious as to why you say this Rockman. I just finished it about a week ago. I really enjoyed it. What didn't you like about it?

Up and Down w/The Stones by Tony Sanchez is great if you believe everything! Keith , I think, laughed it off as urban legends but didn't deny anything. He probably couldn't remember alot of the stories!

yeah, I got Old gods when It first came out and I have to admit I really liked it. then I started finding out that stuff in it was made up and I stopped liking it. Plus, some of the stuff in it seemed kind of arbitrary to me and I kind of overlooked it at the time. Like they stated bluntley the seventy eight tour was their low point tour wise. whatever. They did offer some good things to say about it, but that was presented as the dominant view, which is BS.
