If you don't want to spend the bread on a box set "GOOD BOYS...WHEN THEY'RE ASLEEP" is so awesome...after a few listens you really get a sense as to why the Stones picked Wood and how his guitar playing fit perfectly with them...you do here riffs and bits of leads that wind up on future Stones tracks...GREAT GREAT STUFF...and I believe the last two tracks were unreleased. The greatest thing about the CD is the story in the liner notes how the master tapes were lost for more than 20 years! PECMAN

Lydlaws, Feel your pain...however, Think about something "Us so called "Die Hard Fans" of the Rolling Stones only turned at to a # of 130,000 units sold in the first week on sale of the new album...die hards buy the day it comes out or within the first two weeks max. Take the 60 some odd shows they are doing between the U.S. & Canda...divide that into the 130,000 units

Baboon Bro, thanks for the response...it's funny...some of the questions that I asked were small talk joke questions...and some were serious...and you picked the joke questions to ask him...that's great...can't wait to here the interview...hope you can post a copy. I hate interviews with all serious questions...always so boring. Good luck. P.S. What did you mean by "

Questions for bill: How much for a plate of fish & chips at his restaurant? Has he ever hit on one of his waitresses? Has he ever danced...even slow dancing? He was cut out of the Stones publishing income, but did he get an equal 25% share of touring, records, and merchandise after Brian Jones departure until the time he left? Does he still participate in royalties from the alb

I've got what I believe is half a show from Ft. Worth TX and Saturday Night Live... Is there anything else out there that was at least semi-professionally filmed from this tour that is available. If the Stones had something in the can, they should release a DVD of it...now that is something that would go triple platinum. Who knows what? PECMAN

In Bill Wyman's book Rolling With The Stones...He says that "Tops" & "Street Fighting Man" were in the regular set list for the 1981 Tour of the States and that "Star Star" & "Down The Road A Piece" were occasionals. I've never heard any boots that they played these songs. Did Bill mix it up with the 82 European Tour or did I just n

I have just reviewd the last ten pages of posts...There is nothing that comes close to how many Stones fans hit the button and checked out Austers "I Am DRUNK" post...almost 9500! Auster may have the solution for the Stones sales woes... Call the album "I AM DRUNK" and you would get every Stones fan to buy it and check it out...Unbelieveable!!!!!!!!! PECMAN

I'll say it again for those who don't understand... If there was no TALK IS CHEAP...there would be no STONES since 1989.,,There would be no Steel Wheels, No Voodoo Lounge, No Bridges, No ABB...and no tours. Mick was dragged through the mud for his solo efforts and the worldwide press gave Keith's TALK IS CHEAP a big thumbs up which saved the Stones. TALK IS CHEAP blows away

Hey, I'm all for any songs that will make the phonies with $ not buy tickets the next time...play a whole show without warehores...get rid of all those peole who turn to each other and say "what is this?...hey, let's go get a beer" It will never happen because Jagger caters the set list to the wallet instead of to the fans... One Hit...first song...I'm all for it

HEY STONES...Let's do this right. 1. Only play 5 Warhorses...don't care which ones...but no more than 5 please. 2. Give Keith a microphone 3. Give Ron Wood a microphone. 4. Let Bobby Keys play out front and center when he solos 5. Mick - play a tune on piano - either Memory or Worried About You 6. How about FAR AWAY EYES for all us hicks in NYC! 7. Keith - ditch The
