In Bill Wyman's book Rolling With The Stones...He says that "Tops" & "Street Fighting Man" were in the regular set list for the 1981 Tour of the States and that "Star Star" & "Down The Road A Piece" were occasionals.

I've never heard any boots that they played these songs.

Did Bill mix it up with the 82 European Tour or did I just never get a boot of them playing these songs...especially TOPS!

I know that I have a show with "Tops" but can not off the top of my head recall where it is from. The boot itself is called something with "tops". Maybe Bill is thinking about SFM from 78. It was also played from time to time on that tour.

"Down the road apiece" has been played in the same boot (VGP 374 sdb)

nov 9th, 1981, Hartford :
"Down the road apiece" has been played in the boot "Still Life in Hartford" (DAC 003 soundboard)

Tops were also played in Boulder 3rd or 4th october

All four songs were played in the early part of the U.S. leg of the tour.
