I attended 3 on Zip Code (Columbus, arlington & Atlanta) and attended 69 shows overall since 1990, and this Atlanta is in my TOP 5.

Quotelem motlow these figures look a little off- the stadium in dallas is HUGE and the place looked packed. 47000 in that place would've had alot of empty seats and i didnt see any.all shows have some but there it would've been really obvious and it looked full. to give an example the record for the AT&T is 104,000 for a george strait concert.even though that was in the round

Quoteflacnvinyl QuoteBrstonesfan In the same way that Mayer forced the band to rise to his level, Brad Paisley has the ability to inspire them to not coast on this one. Mayer forced them to rise to his level? That's a joke! John is a handsome guy with a guitar, dating actresses and pop singers, he's on the technically skilled level but not exciting at all. He is not at the lev

QuoteStoneage CTYL is a great soul classic. But I don't think the Stones have anything to add to it. The version above lags from the start. Jagger sings flat and the guitarists aren't up to it. Simple as that. It is your opinion! I was there, and I loved it.

Quoteslewan The band is able to perform without Keith since he doesn't add much these days, but on the other hand the Stones won't work (nor sell any tickets) without him. Thus he can't be replaced - even if he was just standing on stage doing hardly anything… bullshit

QuoteDoomandGloom QuoteRokyfan QuoteMisterDDDD QuoteMingSubu QuoteDoomandGloom Meanwhile there's another riot in a medium sized city in North America. Call me a snob but I'll wait for the band to come back to NYC. The unrest here is unpresidented and smaller cities are not prepared for this violence. QuoteRollingFreak Yup. Way too many band politics. Also, Keith can say that, but I doubt it to be true. For one, I could easily see them getting angry Taylor is using his ideas for an album thats not a Rolling Stones album. Secondly, we all know how that turned out when Mick did solo albums. I find it hard to believe Keith wouldn't have felt the same if Taylor wasn't giving his all

Quotepaulspendel Why always pick on the ones who really get out there and do some real research? The guy I interviewed is sick and old now. As you might imagine, i did not interfere with the way he wrote down his memories. No redaction whatsoever. I was planning to release a lot more, but why would i if people like you react in such a petty manner without having any real understanding? The guy

Quoteflacnvinyl @Stoneage, thats what I don't get. If my Stones knowledge serves me correctly, this is the first tour since 99 (No Security) where there is no real purpose. 12-14 - anniversary tour, Mick Taylor 2015 - nothing? just the "we want to tour again" tour I am not complaining, just curious why there doesn't seem to be any real theme on this go-round. No

QuoteCousinC The Munich arena gig of that tour was very good too. With Love in vain . . What a trilogy it was! Munich! The whole town was Stones town for a week. Olympiahalle was smoking hot, Nearness Of You for the first time ever, Can't Turn You Loose as encore in Cirkus Krone. People with whristbands for Krone were the stars in town

Quoteronkeith72 Exactly my point, no slight on Woodie, but facts are facts!!! What facts are facts? Taylor played originally on Tumbling Dice, and Wood played on Miss You. These are facts. And so what? The Rolling Stones are a band, a unit. Have you ever been in a band? They make big money, but they are a working rock'n'roll band. And Mick Taylor is not the member of the band. It w

Quick song per song rewiev: Jumping Jack Flash 4/5 - Very sharp version, reminded me of the 1999 No Security tour opening in their way of playing it. Hi folks, sorry to interupt you with some kind of private questions. My girlfriend and I will stay in Artusstrasse, Rather Broich. Is it possible to get to that area after the show, I suppose at midnight, by public transport? If the Stones ticket include public transport, it is much more convenient to use that, and cheaper as well. Thanks

Quotemr_dja QuoteLadykiller I want not know, who all read from a telepromter in a concert. I'm afraid, that I can lose complete interest in a long time hobby (going to concerts since September 1985). I only saw this thing in person during shows by the late Frank Sinatra, late Sammy Davis jr., Barbra Streisand and someother, who I don't remember at this moment. Sometimes it's b

QuoteLadykiller Some guy told me, that Mick Jagger used also a teleprompter during a concert of the A Bigger Bang Tour. He was standing in one of the stage balconys and saw this from his place. I hope this is not true, because I would be disappointed in some kind of way. why are you dissapointed? In my opinion everything is OK if it helps the guys onstage. There is or was a very important role

Quotecrumbling_mice Woah...easy guys - put the pitchforks and gallows away! I'm as a big a Keith fan as any of you and wouldn't want it any other way than having him as a full time member of the Stones. I'm also a realist and as much as we don't want to accept it Keith is likely to be the first one who's health, be it physical or mental will struggle with touring. R
