QuoteJumpingKentFlashQuoteMathijsIn my opinion...horribly appaling. This is the stiffest, most bored old-aged band ever taped. If you can't deliver the goods on stage, the worst thing to do is to release a rehearsel tape... Mathijs Some years ago there was this band called Flip The Switch that were light years behind the performance seen here. Yes, you got the point. And that was

I don't really know the entire Bruce catalogue, in fact I know only a few of his albums. When his new material came out, there was a big hype here in iorr forum regarding how great Bruce was and it made me listen to his new single 'Radio Nowhere'. That song is so lame and boring for me. I didn't understand why he was so popular here on the Rolling Stones forum. People bashed

QuoteDoxaI Musically they have nothing to add to countless versions of the same song along the years.) tu) - Doxa There were a lot of changes 'musically' over the past years' versions of the biggest hits. What are you expecting when you say they have to add something musically? Isn't it enough what you can hear when you listen carefully the tracks from different tours? F

QuoteHarmQuote1962A jazzy song for Charles, a bluesy for Bill, a boogie for Stu, and one for Mick with a beautiful solo by Keith! Keith... a solo? Are you being sarcastic? Do you really think that it is cool or funny to bash Keith all the time?

QuoteGubaLast week I saw Blondie and Lisa. The gig was great, Lisa's singing and her performance perfect, sexy and lovely at the same time, but I was wondering why the stones let a gitarplayer like Blondie be on stage with them. I mean: there are already two mediocre players in the band. Why employing a third one? Maybe: it would hurt the ego of Keith and Ronnie, if there was a real play

QuoteGuitarshredder41I've noticed on the Bigger Bang tour DVDs that the rhythm seems perfect and constant throughout the song. Have you ever noticed that Keith Richards is the king of rhythms among other things?

Quotestickydion". Maybe that explains what happened in 1998, on Athens show. Web-choice was "She's A Rainbow" then. When Mick saw it, he said "So Well..." being a bit (?) displeased!... Yeah, it can be that he doesn't like the song, but the webchoice thing back then was pre edited, I mean everybody onstage knew the "webchoice" before the show...

QuoteliddasIf one does not recognize what a great musician Keith is NOW, even more than at the time of Yaya, well, I think he should dedicate some time in understanding the very basics of music! You know? Back to lesson 1! It hurts to see such major crap posted on a site like IORR ... C Totally agree. I think it's time for BV to wipe out this thread. It is not a problem to crit

QuoteLorenz Keith hasn't written real songs in ages, it unfortunately doesn't tell a lot if he says they MIGHT record a new album. hmm, it's a bit strange! Anyway who are you to judge? How do you know that this was written by Mick, that was written by Keith? Were you there? As far as I know Keef wrote This Place Is Empty. It is a REAL song for me. And a very very good one!

Quotewhitem8Am going to see them next Monday, their first time in Singapore. They have been getting lot of press, and have sold out the Indoor Stadium, which the Stones didn't. There were 2 Stones shows in Singapore, 24 & 26 May, 2003. They sold cca. 14,000 of the 17,000 available tickets. Maybe the Stones haven't sold out none of the two, but I hope you can understand that the S

I know a guy who did an interview with Mick recently. As far as this guy told me, they talked with Mick about the Internet. Mick said that he was not an expert in it, but he was helped by his son to use the net. Anyway, I doubt that Mick doesn' t use the net...

QuoteThe StonesI'm going to download this album and then probably erase it since I'm getting fed up with all these live cds released from the Stones in recent years containing the same old song and dance. Really? take a closer look once again at the track listing of live Stones albums of past 20 years, since Flashpoint. Then Stripped and No Security and finally Live Licks. So what is

a couple of years ago there was a - I don't remember whether world cup or Euro Cup - qualifier match, the last one in the group England vs Greece in England. A draw is enough for England to qualify. 90. min. England/Greece 1-2. Freekick for England in the 91. min. The last chance for England. Beckham scored, England qualified. Only excellent players can do that.
