Just wondering what Mick would have to say over the criticism of a Stones set list. I don't think he would react like this, even if he wanted to. Elliott takes aim at fan over setlist criticisim

Would love to find a copy of the UK version. I still haven't heard it! Is there anywhere I can purchase it in the US?

Heard Miracle Worker on a better sound system today. Before it has just been on my PC speakers. I now can say that I do enjoy it. The better sound system made all the difference for me. My anticipation of the full album has now been upped slightly.

Fantastic! Wandering Spirit is one of my favorite albums of the 90's. Would have loved to have seen Mick tour this album.

So far I'm not moved at all. I am very open to the album though. Would like to hear the whole thing before I spend money on it. I have really enjoyed Mick's solo stuff (except Primitive Cool) On a side note - I woke up this morning with Miracle Worker stuck in my head! Maybe I'm warming up to it.

This is cool. Brad Paisley has recently worked with members of my two favorite bands, The Rolling Stones and Alabama. Now if he could just put the two together.

Very cool! Never heard of this. Paul Rogers has been in more groups than any other person in history I think. Would like to have heard more from these three!

Elvis was, is, and always will be the epitome of cool. There is none greater. Long live the king. His story is so sad though. The loneliness and isolation that his fame caused him. Never met him, but my family is from Memphis so several of them have met him and/or worked with/for him. They talk of what a humble guy he was. Wish I could have met him myself.

Watching the video with the band on stage made me wonder what Superheavy's versions of Stones songs would sound like IF they tour. They would be bound to do at least a couple Stones songs for sure! I'm still not excited about this supergroup, but the song is growing on me a bit. Not enough to make me pay money to download it though.

Joss Stone looks incredible! So hot! Mick looks kind of silly in the pink suit, but that's alright. I do like the hat though. What really bothers me (besides Dave Stewart) is the name checking at the end. That's one of my pet peeves I guess.

Don't forget the Hope Floats Soundtrack. It had "Honest I Do" by the Stones.

These guys just cannot get it right. I love the Monkees but I get tired of these reunions ending on a down note. Last time it was fighting among the members and this time it's because of scheduling conflicts. C'mon guys, get your act together!! Nesmith is my favorite anyway.

I think there are just as many rumors that there may be a Stones tour next year. Think positive!

For me, the Stones picked up where the Beatles ended. Not much of a fan of the Stones' earliest stuff, so I prefer the Beatles in the 60's and the Stones in the 70's. In my opinion the Stones hit their stride as the Beatles were ending and just accelerated from there. For the record, I am much more of a Stones fan than a Beatles fan.

Kind of weird reading back at some of the posts on this thread knowing what we know now. I saw someone said she was wanting to be the next Janis Joplin. Well, unfortunately she accomplished that.

Billy Idol was one of the artists originally asked to sing "Don't You Forget About Me". He eventually covered it on a greatest hits CD. When I think of 80's music, Simple Minds version of that song immediately comes to mind! It defines the 80's for me! Great piece, hbwriter!
