Superb sluissie!

Great idea! An IORR t-shirt is long overdue! The reason the Shidoobee shirt is bright lime green is so it will stand out in a crowd. Its a good concept but I agree the color of lime green is not flattering. Thats why I didnt buy one. Black or white will not be too distinguishable in a stadium, you need a unique color that is recognizable. How about Rolling Stones RED? That works, perhaps a different shade of red, like a red denim or a faded red. A vintage looking shirt would be cool, IMO.

Nice drawing...
Are you planning to add some colour?

Also, would you care to explain all of the symbols? I love the girl on top. And the guitar. What about 2 guitars crossed? And drumsticks, for that matter, and a harp, a mic... think music, not only decadence, I think.

What is the at the top of the heart, that the Honky Tonk Woman is sitiing on? is that part of the heart? Colouring it will be good.

Schillid's idea would be one I'd buy, like it a lot.

I've thought of two guitars crossed but its a bit 'Status Quo'?

I'm just trying to create something individual to IORR?

Tumbling Dice aka: the song
Various occult symbols
Dragon - famous concert poster
Devil - sympathy for etc.....
Honk tonk woman a top.....
Jack Daniels
Heart symbolising our love for the stones (held back by thorns...... this aint a Cliff Richard site! ;-))

Printed in one colour as stipulated by BV

I'm not so familiar with Status Quo stuff - so I had been fiddleing with this...

I really like this shirt...it's bright and simple. I personnaly have way too many black tshirts that I very rarely wear in the summer because they are just too warm.

I am not sure that he meant PRINTED in only one coloUr...I think he is referring to the background coloUr... i.e. the shirt coloUr.

BV: kindly clarify, if you would

"The print will be one colour. One colour for the print, then another colour for the T-shirt"

From BV.....

ablett...

I think you should have the girl sitting on the heart without the stopper/topper thingy.

I like open-G's design a lot!!! Clean, simple and stonesy. Skull on the front, Simple IORR advertising on the back. No legal problems either.

It gets my vote.

It's a cool design, but hardly "Stonesy" IMO. Maybe "Keithy".

This has nothing to do with the Stones as band except the skull ring of Keith, looks more like Death Metal.

Just like you've got her... just take out the stopper thingy, and sit the girl right on top of the heart.

Ablett,

Can you try with your third picture of prior page post with Stones on stage ?

I like the logo, but this doesn't read at all. It needs more contrast between print coloUr and shirt coloUr. Maybe fill in large areas with your 1 coloUr... maybe the heart shape the guitar;s body.. girl's legs... that kind of thing.

Its was only a quick mock up pal....

Points taken though.

nice work, Sluissie! [peering hard:] has that Tele got one string too many? :E
i dig yours too Open-G - the guitars especially look great! nice pick-ups you got there. (have you adjusted the nut?) :E
one thought might be: Keith's skull ring doesn't have a lower jaw - maybe that's what's making yours look a bit Metal-esque?
and Ablett's designs are way cool too (but the Tele wants to borrow Open-G's pick-ups!)

It will be a multi-color print on a single-color T-shirt. Front print only.

Ablett - Your work is terrific. There is a problem with the dice, however. Opposing sides of a die add to 7. The one on the left is not correct. If the top is 5 and the left facing side is 4, then the right facing side can only be 1 or 6. You've got a 3 (which, incidentlally, would be a diagonal configuration of dots).

Does my posting on a stupid thread count against my shirt design?

Yes. Honestly I am now looking into a new design. I don't understand people who enjoy wasting my time posting meaningless crap on IORR. Certainly I have spent years making IORR slightly up to a certain standard and I don't want to see IORR crowded with rubbish. Also I am now asking myself why I have to spend time on this rather than something meaningless.
