Is this the first time he's played live publicly since the pandemic?

If you scroll down the article it mentions Lucas Nelson and Promise of the Real will back Neil and Stephen (assume this will include Micah).

I heard they will back Neil on a summer tour.

I heard that Crazy Horse might be backing Neil this summer with Micah replacing Nils Lofgren.

Hope it all happens, and that Neil continues with live shows everywhere.

I bought a pair, and will try to fly out for it. The Rolling Stone interview hinted that Richie Furay might join Neil and Stills onstage.

Molina, Talbot, Lofgren & Young - All Roads Lead Home to be released on March 31.

Three dear, old friends and bandmates for over 50 years, Ralph Molina, Billy Talbot and Nils Lofgren, kept writing and recording songs in their homes during the ongoing pandemic and are proud to share this collection of their music. Their lifelong friend and bandmate Neil Young, added a special track to complete this 10 song compilation. For friends with deep bonds, though attimes on different paths, they found that, All Roads Lead Home.

Tracklist
1. Rain (Billy Talbot)
2. You Will Never Know (Nils Lofgren)
3. It’s Magical (Ralph Molina)
4. Song Of the Seasons (Neil Young)
5. Cherish (Billy Talbot)
6. Fill My Cup (Nils Lofgren)
7. Look Through The Eyes Of Your Heart (Ralph Molina)
8. The Hunter (Billy Talbot)
9. Go With Me (Nils Lofgren)
10. Just For You (Ralph Molina)

...and a very cool way for him to come out of hibernation, totally unannounced, must have been one huge thrill for "the couple hundred" folks who were there.
Pays to be a tree-hugger sometimes - good for them.
Edit - he's looking healthy too.

It would be cool if Neil did a guest spot on the new Stones album...
Along with the confirmed Paul McCartney guest spot, and also add Bob Dylan, Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey, and Roger Waters.
A Desert Trip reunion...all on the new Stones album. And maybe even do a live special benefit show for a variety of good causes such as the ones Neil dedicates so much of his time to.
Trees, farms, autism, etc., etc., etc. - it would be a historical event on many levels.

Roger Waters should be nowhere near a Rolling Stones album. He should be in Mother Russia with all his friends.

AGREE 100%

There should be no additional personnel on any new tracks/album

Word on the street is that Willie Nelson and Joe Walsh are amongst the special guests who will also be performing tonight....wish there was an official livestream as they do with FarmAid.
And then there's Willies 90th birthday shows next week at the Hollywood Bowl featuring Neil amongst many others.... ---> Willie 90

BTW, are there any news regarding Ragged Glory 2 ("Smell The Horse")? The release seems to drag along almost like the new Stones album.

The girl next to me caught Willie's hat. I could have pushed her out of the way - like certain people do when Keith/Ronnie toss their picks - but decorum and slow reactions prevailed.
