I guess "real Rock'n'Roll" is from the sixties. QOTSA was founded 1996 - around 30yrs after the Stones.
I am pretty sure Mick will still have his Evian water around, his favorite water for years. Always on the list at any backstage area.

“Of course not, they’re far from finished,” Dylan replied. “The Rolling Stones are truly the greatest rock and roll band in the world and always will be. The last too.
“Everything that came after them, metal, rap, punk, new wave, pop-rock, you name it…you can trace it all back to The Rolling Stones. They were the first and the last and no one’s ever done it better.”

The one week only bit is almost certainly just marketing nonsense, after the tour finishes up they'll have plenty of tour merchandise up for sale.
And when finished, someone should take a Video with his Camera-Drone (Multicopter) ....
