Club gig tonight.
See photograph on the LA rehearsals thread.
Have fun everybody.
EDIT:
Quoting Roller99 from the LA reheasals thread:
"It's private, not a club gig. Not in L.A."
Thus.... a PRIVATE SHOW TONIGHT, not in LA.........
Goodnight fellow IORR'ers!

I will take a day or two off work if the boys invite me to their next club gig. As I missed the August 10, 1964 show in New Brighton.
>< Indeed ! I think they owe you - after 52 years !

Yes, clubs with no history and no mojo.

Playing a dive just seems right for a Blues album.

Hiya Sparkly Top !
Nope, neither. The industry I work in is not in the best of health at the moment, so regrettably ... belt tightening is the order of the day !

I don't have "hard" info on a club gig, but I can tell you this based on having been at rehearsals and The Fonda gig last year. The day before a gig, they move the equipment out and set up. The day of the gig they do a sound check. Around 11 or noon. Yesterday all the gear was moved from the rehearsal space. So that would mean that if there is a club gig today, it's somewhere where they could truck the equipment. Los Angeles or Las Vegas.
I can also tell you knowing where a club gig is going to take place does nothing to improve your chances of getting in these days. I knew about The Fonda months prior, and that didn't help me get in.
