I got early morning jet too. The Rouge bar is pretty easy to find. Right next to theater where they have that show. Shidoobee is at Zuri's in MGM @ 4 on Saturday. After show (& Friday night) there is a gathering at BJ's, which is 1 block east (toward airport) on Tropicana Blvd.

You can get lost in there! The pool zone is pretty nice. I'm staying at Paris. Is a little more manageable & more importantly was free! haha. Short hop on the monorail or not too bad a walk.

Am in Vegas already, at Desert Rose Resort. Quiet place, no casino/machines, no bar I think. Short walk to MGM. Free parking, free internet, free breakfast, no resort fee. Like a time-share, a bit run-down but good value. 2 and 3 night weekend specials.

We will be using strict anti-scalper measures to ensure that these $85 tickets go to Stones fans and don't end up on the resale market with wildly inflated prices. We appreciate your attention to the following, so that you have the best experience possible:

Your picture ID, confirmation number, and the credit card used to make the purchase are required for pick-up. You will not be permitted to pick up your tickets without these three (3) items.
You must pick up your tickets in person, along with your guest.
Once you have the tickets in hand, you will be escorted into the arena. There will not be an opportunity to leave with your tickets before going into the show.
If we suspect any reselling or transfer of these tickets they will be immediately voided and you will not be entitled to any refund.

Started a new thread about this, but wanted to make sure all Las Vegas attendees will see it...

Las Vegas: Scalper's taking a big money hit?
Posted by: FirstTimeSeattle81 ()
Date: May 10, 2013 05:27PM

Have been looking around at some scalper's sites- they are not 'brokers,' they are sleazy thieves!- for tomorrow's show here (am local, already got my $250 seat. See 'Ticketmaster giving upgrades' thread for my happy story.) The scalper's sites have less rhyme or reason than the official ones.
Just came across this listing at 'ticketnetwork.com:'

FLOOR: B Row: E 2 left $908.00
Note: VIP Area/Club/Lounge access included. Padded Seat. VIP access included. Includes commemorative event merchandise valued at over $100. Fifth row. Pre-event party with food and alcoholic beverages included.

These are those $2,000 'super VIP' tickets! Someone is losing serious coin with this. There is a possibility these might be promo or comp'd tix. The MGMGrand does comp tix to high rollers, but I would think this type of heavy duty comp would be tracked closely.
Weirdly, looking for the pricey packages via the Stones iPad app, I can't find any working purchase links for any upcoming shows, save for the D.C. pre-sale link. Is there really a chance that they have sold them all out? Maybe they've pulled them for lack of interest. A poorly attended $2000 party would be a drag: 'Good seats, yeah, but what a boring party!'

Take it! - You're nearby from interpretation of post. This may be the last chance to see them live! (Not to sound negative but realistic). The amount mentioned is not that much comparatively speaking to other costs that are sneaked on the consumer. Ok- example - I paid for two Prince Racquets at a cost of $250 per racquet. It was worth it in this particular case. Hell, if we are paying approximately $2500 in living expenses per month (gas electricity mortgage/rent etc..) that occur every day of our lives; I can't say that the prices are no different than any other costs engaged in a time series perspective. Go to the concert!

Sadly not, currently in Kampala/Uganda working actually. But am diligently trawling the various primary ticket agencies to see what sort of thing is available & how late in the day, because I am toying with the idea of doing Philly 1 & 2 & Washington DC. So getting a feel for the sort of things that are still available late in the day is kind of useful to me, in the event that I decide to make the trip.

Meanwhile, hope someone bought that ticket, great spot from which to view the band, I was in precisely that kind of location for both Newark shows last year.

Can anyone tell me what the process is if you have pit tickets? If you check in at 4:30pm do you have to go in or can you come back at 6:30pm for the door opening?

Let's hope that some of these good seats are in large empty groups.

Hopefully will throw a lot in for $85 to patch the gaps up a bit.

Makes the arena look fuller than it realy is.

Good luck to you guys and gals out there going for $85 tix. >grinning smiley<

I think you have to be in by 5:30 or you will not be admitted. But u might try contacting the Grand box office to be sure.
