Like I was saying in the other post, I love that photo of Mick in the funny hat at 1:00. Does anyone know who took that or where I can find it? Thanks.

Good lord that was dull, I wonder why they bother if they can't even be funny?

Charlie needs time off from Ron Wood after touring (perhaps that's why they haven't toured more often)

www.nme.com/news/the-rolling-stones/65193

And this interview has very likely been posted before (March 2010 issue of Details), but it has to be one of the most revealing, in-depth interviews with Charlie Watts ever: 1) Charlie doesn't know what a computer is called ["I don't have--what do you call it--machine thing"]; remembers the name of the man who did the cover of Let It Bleed, but not the name of the album ["you know, the one with the cake on it..."]; and 3) says he won't leave the Stones because there's nothing to leave ["And why would I want to leave? We're not doing anything. (Laughs) What am I leaving? Do you know what I mean?"]

Q Magazine did a Stones special called Classic Rare & Unseen that came out around the time of ABB, that has the photo in it. I got my copy off eBay, keep a look out there.

Great, thanks brownsugar86!

Edit: I found an old thread where Rockman posted it. I just wish it were bigger (the photo, not the hat!)

They're drawing their batons as we speak. Better take cover.

So Charlie saying 'it's my final contribution' was about the book or him playing in the band and that they really are done?

Re the videos posted above: Once again the Mick and Keith interviews are separate. Can you imagine Mick and Keith sitting on a sofa discussing the book like Ronnie and Charlie do, or strolling around the exhibition at the same time?

7 to 10 days at the 02 seems unlikely to me.
Maybe a 5 days residency will be more probable, and after that 5 days at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam.
i guess it will happen when Bill wyman finishes his own shows, so...maybe November
Keep our fingers crossed !!
