I still wonder if one of these is going to be a newer club show. If so there are a few good shows with good setlists. Paradiso maybe?

As far as the San Jose 1999 disaster goes, why did they wait for the last two shows of the U.S. tour to start recording ?? By doing that, they ran the risk of ending up stuck with a document of a sub-par performance (or performances if they recorded both shows).
They should have made earlier recordings in 1999 of concerts such as Washington D.C. , Hartford , Chicago etc.. Richards was doing quite well on the No Security tour, especially in the middle of the tour.

If there's any recording they should release from No Security..it's the Shepards Bush club show.

Think so, eh? I think there are some fun moments in there..."Moon Is Up"..."Melody" floats above the surface nicely.

While I am sure there are tons of vaulted tapes of great shows, keep in mind this Brussels show was from a KBFH radio show. My guess is that they have accessed the rights to these shows over the years, especially since they _probably_ aren't owned by Wolfgang's Vault somewhere along the line.

Some one suggested Hyde Park '68 (of course they meant '69). God I hope they don't release that. I really seriously doubt that they would. The film has been available for years, sometimes officially. And besides the historical importance, it really wasn't good. Out of tune and extremely sloppy.
As for San Jose '99, keep in mind that the Stones had just released the Bridges to Babylon St. Louis show in '97 or '98, and then the No Security live album from that tour, which of course spawned the No Security tour. They probably felt another live release at that point was a bit much.

I hope they don't just release widely available shows like Leeds 71, Paris 76,Hampton 81,Atlantic City 89,New Orleans 94 etc. etc.
The Brussels download was a good sign that they will look at close alternatives if possible .
I don't kmow if they were recording all shows in the 70s though...Didn't they perform CYHMK ,Wild Horses and I got the blues at early 71 shows?
Hampton, for example could be a recording of the previous show with the odd track from the well known show if there where any cock ups .
I'm sure that they have audio of every show from the last 30 years,so give us some suprises boys!

My bet is Detroit '75 - see my above post.
Not a particularly strong show, judging by the "Missing Jewels" box set.
Toronto '75 would be far more interesting.
