Actually I hope the vocals are even less faux-country than Dead Flowers.

but no spare parts (although when we play it now, we automatically imagine a
lilting sax part in the background towards the end, so: no spare parts from any
of the stones, but maybe bobby or somebody, even though we think this album is
supposed to be sax-free).

Ken Bruce always gets the exclusive first plays. He got the first play of the new Kate Bush single a week or so ago. FWIW i'm thinking new vocal for the track tomorrow.

To Drake and anyone else interested, I found it by Googling "Rolling Stones"+"No Spare Parts"+2011. It may be fake. I don't do torrents that's why I was hoping it would turn up soon. Nothing is on Youtube.
