Unless your going to every show why would you care? They are playing all over the counrty to reach as many different people as they can. Of course the songs for the most part are going to be the same. Most people only see them once and are quite SATISFIED. Why compare each set list as they go unless you at each show? I don't understand?

Is this the Pipes of Pan? Don't waste your money if you think it is Stones related.

I'm sure Ronnie would be less inclined to make solo records if Mick and Keith included him more. If not in the writing of the songs at least in playing on every song on the album. Why did they not bring in Charlie and Ronnie at the same time for ABB and get those songs down with dual Ronnie/Keith weaving throughout. Do we really need Mick playing slide? What an insult to Ronnie as a 3

~~TOM You seem to be a true Stones fan so just ignore your friends opinions about Mick's singing. Music is very subjective so enjoy and play the Stones all you can and most will come around to your way of thinging. Besides it how the songs make you feel that matters. Reach into their numerous catalog of albums and enjoy the Greatest Band of all time! He has only been singing fo

They could replace Ronnie with Eric Clapton?! Or maybe The Edge. Or Angus Young. It would not work. It makes sense when a band has members quit or die of drug overdoses to keep going, but when they start dying of natural causes it's time to call it quits. I agree on your assesment of Charlie's playing, he is a very underrated drummer because of his simple style, but I have ra

It is no longer the Rolling Stones if Charlie is gone. Hopefully Mick and Keith would be wise enough to call it the end of the Stones and not try to drag it on just for the record books. I also feel the same way about Ronnie. If he was gone - no Stones. Now if Mick was gone, Keith and Charlie could easily replace him with Steven Tyler. Kidding of course.

What else would he be doing? He proably spends hours reviewing every thread to find a nugget of gold like what Charlie's fart smell like. I really doubt it.

I was expecting to not like it. Much of Stones songs of the last 15 years sounded like Mick solo album or Keith solo backed by the rest of the Stones. (or just plan crap.) ABB surprised me. What a great collection of songs. The bottom line is they still got it. I think I'll grab another beer and crank it up again.

The only improvement, considering most people retire about thier age, would have been Keith AND Ronnie practicing the guitar parts for a month together before recording the tunes. Ronnie is very creative and certainly would have added that weaving it's missing. It is a shame that a full fledge 30 year member of the Stones was added to the album like a fill in session musician. They love us enough to keep going for 43 years and counting.... Just like having kids you remember the good and forget the bad, just as Mick and Keith would do if the read every post.

I'll give you a song! With all the talent I could muster (which ain't much) I'd hit them with the best, most rockin' version of Ice Ice Baby I could muster. Followed of course by Achy Breaky Heart. And for those hold outs I'd finish with Dancing On The Ceiling.

Ronnie for sure! As long as he would have a few drinks and jam some tunes after. I'm not sure I could understand everything Keith mumbled through his "you know what I mean, cat" chuckling. Mick too serious and self absorbed. Charlie too quiet unless you could fill him with whiskey. Great over dinner not as much fun after.

Ronnie does and can play well still, it's just he was left out of the "meat" of most songs. I hear Kiff in my left speaker, I hear Kiff in my right. I guess 2 is company and 3 is a crowd when it come to writing great Stones songs. At least it's not Kiff and Waddy Wachtel. It still rocks! Charlie does a great job at 64!

A great as ABB is, the only disappoitment is Ronnie missing from most tracks. Keith does a good job of playing both parts, but it's missing the Kiff/Woody interweaving I fell in love with on some girls. Look closely at the credits, Ronnie is only credited for slide guitar and it took awhile to find his name.
