What can we expect on this? We all know that outtakes from BB sessions were taken over to the LIB sessions. What material could have been left? Guess the so called deluxe version will feature some photos (e.g. Keith feeding Mick with an apple), cover versions and 10 pages of text why BB is such an outstanding album recorded in times of outstanding moods ... Nothing new, I'm afraid

QuoteMathijs Quotecurt Of those concerts you have been at which had the shortest set list, which had the longest ? My pair: Altamont 11 Louisville, Ky. 27(1989-Steel Wheels) Altamont actually had 15 songs. Mathijs Maybe he was queueing (for Americans: lining-up) at some lavatory during four songs ... there were many people, thus queueing could have taken a while ;-)

There are so many brilliant lyrics, it's pretty hard to say which one's the best. Some of my favourites, not mentioned before: War, children, it's just a shot away. I was raised by a toothless, bearded hag. I was schooled with a strap right across my back. Gonna find my way to heaven, 'cause I did my time in hell

Currently finished this one: It's a great read, nice stories and somehow differently written compared to most books on the Stones.

Quotehockenheim95 A friend of mine ordered 4 LD tickets (that was possible in the first minutes; so this is a fault of Ticketmaster) while I ordered the LD tickets on multiple persons. So every credit card was only used once. I think this is the same what other people did. Especially if you are a couple - both can order a pair. And that is what many people do. In the case you've got two

There were times when those people got front of stage, who were at the venue early enough to be among the first that could get in - counting for Europe, btw. That ended when FOS was introduced, which was slightly more expensive than normal standing tickets. That went on until last year when the "American model" was introduced: the more you pay the closer you get to the stage. Is this s

Just loved the track when it was released, went nearly mad every time it was played on the radio or dance halls. Unfortuntaely, it never worked live as Mick's studio singing is hard on his voice scale limits which might have been the reason for his so-so singing during the following tours ... and possibly the reason why the Stones never played it live again afterwards. But in late summ

I got into the Stones when I was 12, which was in 1985. The only Stones songs aired these days were old ones. When Harlem Shuffle was released in 1986 it had little air play, and honestly speaking, I didn't like the song, esp. Mick's singing. A couple of years later when Steel Wheels was released, it was a completely different situation as the band's comeback was hurrayed. Mixed
