QuoteHairball Thanks as always bye bye johnny for posting all the great pics and the OC Register review. The Rose Bowl is a beauty, though perhaps not for the timid, feeble, or the meek. That said, I saw people older than the Stones happily making their way all around the stadium - a historical landmark that has stood the test of time. Currently at Burbank Airport relaxing prior to a shor

Did anyone else who was in the pit last night have issues actually finding the wristbands? Or finding their car after the show? Once we got into the stadium, we walked around and around looking for the pit wristband "tent". Had we not been escorted by one of the "people" working there, we would never have seen it. It wasn't a tent, it was one person, standing inconspic

Quotedaspyknows QuoteBig Al QuoteMidnightGambler Sad Sad Sad was a killer, even better played than during the Steel Wheels Tour I can’t ageee, going by the YouTube videos I’ve seen. A positive is that it was a rawer rendition, but a little rusty-sounding, still. It’ll improve if they keep it in rotation. The 1989-90 renditions were polished, of course. I enjoyed Keith’s solo in this performance

QuoteGasLightStreet Quoteroller99Wow, it's funny how you guys say so much, but know so little. How exactly is it that you're connected with anyone in the story? Please tell me again, I'm interested in where you get your knowledge. I mean, anything you've read in print must be the truth, right? I suppose you've spoken with John Pasche, The Rolling Stones management, Sh

1971 Gibson LP Custom Triple-pickup "Black Beauty" done with a red sunburst, DiMarzio pickups. It looks better than I can play it, and it feels like soft leather when I play it. Old guitars just feel so great.

Quoteretired_dog QuoteHis Majesty Quoteroller99 In 1968, the then-tour manager for the Rolling Stones introduced “the greatest rock and roll band in the world.” Great factually based start. My thoughts exactly. I really want to know who their "1968 tour manager" was... That quote attributed to me isn't my wording, it's from the press announcement, just to clear that
