Just use Excel Matt, it has the flexibility to allow you to categorize and sort on any field. It's quite easy to do advance tasks, such as sorting based on color, pivot tables, etc. Think of it as a cabinet, with each file in each drawer translating into a file folder, but with the ability to cross reference.
