I love pinball, I just bought my first machine, a 1992 Williams Fish Tales. Awesome game but very difficult. My favorite game however would be 1998's Monster Bash. Wow, the 90's was a wonderful time for pinball, the times are changin. Any Pinheads here? Do you like playing, whats your favorite game, any owners? Share some pinball memories

As far as I know, both of the songs were recorded during the same sessions as the albums that followed the respective single: Beggars Banquet and Let it Bleed. Jumpin' Jack Flash and Honky Tonk Woman are two of the bands best songs and not including them on their respective album is a big wonder to me. Imagine Beggars Banquet starting off with JJF followed by SFTD and the rest of the alb

I love GYYYO, it's my favorite live album of all time and my favorite Stones-record next to Sticky Fingers and Let It Bleed. A lot of fans favor the 72 US and the 73 Europe tour but I prefer the sound on GYYYO. Midnight Rambler has never sounded so good and SFTD is one of the best things they ever recorded live. Even Satisfaction outshines the studio version with its extended groove. Mick Ta

It's in the CD Singles Box Set. Should be available on every big tracker out there (not sure if you're allowed to link to those however)

Good song, their last hit(?), but horrible production (which goes for the whole SW album). I'm sure this sounded fresh in 1989, and marked a comeback from a decade full of internal fights and bad music, but you can barely listen to it today.

Wow, I'm very interested in this. Mick Taylor is one of my all time favorite guitarists and Sway is imo the most tasteful and dramatic solo of all time.

Mick should go solo indeed. Primitive Cool and Goddess In The Doorway are such great albums. Let's work! Be proud! Stand tall! Touch the clouds!

So it's not like the time Keith got a telegram from MT backstage during the Licks tour where he stated that he was broke and depressed and Keith responded something like "You should've thought of that before leaving the band"...

Anyone knows? Have they ever expressed some political thougts or views? Their most political songs I would say are Street Fighting Man, Salt of The Earth and Sweet Neo Con and maybe that song Mick played on SNL; otherwise their output has no political themes or messages as far as I've interpreted.

QuoteCome On Well, there's 3 top-albums from 1966 and I'll rank them: 1/ Revolver - The Beatles 2/ Blonde on Blonde - Bob Dylan 3/ Aftermath - The Rolling Stones then you got PeT Sounds Freak Out close behind.... Are you forgetting these? Clapton was on fire in '66.

Not in the same league. The Beatles were ahead of their time, The Stones didn't get to the stage of solid masterpiece records until Beggars Banquet. Abbey Road vs. Let It Bleed would be a better and more even comparison.

It's amazing how analogue they could be in the 60's and how they could make such great things with so little. Beggars Banquet in general is a great example, stripped productions but amazing songs, playing and feel. That's why it's one of their greatest albums in my opinion.
