I mean limit the goods and sell to a higher price. Do five gigs in Vegas, five gigs in central USA and five in New York. Sell it as a package with tv-rights and so on included. To a high price, but not necessary for the consumer. Skip the big scenary, do arenas. Do the same in Europe next year: five gigs in London, five in Paris and five in Stockholm (or Hamburg, Milano, Amsterdam).
