Since the fan club-dvd actually exists (although few have recieved it). What was on it? Something we haven't seen before? I had the cheapest membership, didn't pay a cent. If you sent a photo-copy (or a fax) of your paid ticket you were supposed to get a RS cap and some other extras. Of course, I got nothing.
