When I was about 17 and knew something about the Stones and loved Jumping Jack Flash among many others of theirs, the live Johnny Winter And album really impressed me. He took complete control in the right way of JJF ... that was a very hot cover.

Quoteryanpow Back to work today, the work I do is related to the construction industry, which is considered essential. I'm in a small office and we're maintaining the 6 ft. distance rule. We don't have remote capabilities, (at least not yet). I feel lucky to be able to still do my job. same here.

Quoteautomaticchanger My preferred DAW is Reaper - it's free to download and works on Mac/Windows equally well. The interface is pretty intuitive when it comes to basic recording, and there's a ton of more advanced features should you choose to delve further. Thanks! I’ll look into that, sounds very good.

They may be old. The desire to play music together is there. So is the demand to hear them from the people. Not many get to this stage of accomplishment and good humor as they have.

QuoteTaylor1 Ridiculous comment,Stonesare derivative of black music”.Yes ,they have been strongly influenced by black music. But is Moonlight Mile,Dead Flowers ,Ruby Tuesday,You Can’t Always Get What You Want,HTW,and many others derivative of black music? And jazzis then by that logic derivative of European music, since the sax ,trumpet ,piano, bass, organ, guitar the scales ,and language of music we

QuoteSomeTorontoGirl Quotestone66 I see, one of those exclusive, superfan-type threads. I'll bet no one here can say how many ingredients it takes to make strawberry jam, without Google-peeking. Four. Strawberries, sugar, pectin and lemon juice. Damn, there goes my Rock Chick image... Oh! Wait... I was once jammed into a hallway with all 4 of thhe boys. Image restored? Wow

QuoteGasLightStreet Not sure if this is relevant but, aside from their recording rise with The Big 4 one of the most important aspects of their career started with forming their own record label with distribution from Atlantic and, in one sense, achieving a status to where they could release their own greatest hits compilation MADE IN THE SHADE released at the beginning of a 2 year world tour tha

we've sure seen a lot of effort by Ronnie Wood to sell stuff.. nothing wrong with it.. seems like he is really eager to do books, 'pop up' events, and that really questionable big print.. restless and kind of slap-dash, a lot of it.. but he knows having his name promoted is important to keep relevant in the marketplace..i guess..
