Yes, It was released on Still Alive and Well.....Also Silver Train is on this recording. If not mistakened, The Stones gave Silver Train to Johnny and he recorded it before Goats Head Soup. BTW...His greatest album.

Quotejamesfdouglas QuoteEdith Grove So, Sheryl Crow has never actually played guitar onstage with the Stones? I've only seen/heard her sing with them on official vids & boots. I could be wrong but as far as I know just the "Jagger making an old song a duet with someone more current" thing they've never not done a few times for each Vegas Tour. I've seen her with a

Quotekees Whether you like them or not, both Springsteen and U2 also deserve to be mentioned as competitors for the other bands mentioned here. I'd put The Allman Bros. ahead of Bruce and U2.

Not a Stones tune but: Feelin' Alright lyrics Seems I've got to have a change of scene 'Cause every night I have the strangest dreams. Imprisoned by the way it could have been. Left here on my own or so it seems. I've got to leave before I start to scream. But someone's locked the door and took the key. You feelin' alright? I'm not feelin' too good

Quotestones78 Almost every bluesman ever. I don't think it's necessarily a good thing to never change your sound, I mean, I enjoy AC/DC but once you've heard one album you've heard them all.[/quote No you haven't.

Quoteloog droog I have to wonder who put this package together. These are two artists I normally wouldn't group together. Is it just a matter of market research determining who would appeal to audiences of a certain age? It just doesn't seem like a natural to me. More so than Robert Plant and Allison Krauss?

Got it today. Especially like the track Jimmie Rodgers Dream. ( Beginning to think that myself and Rockman are the few who appreciate Jimmie.)

Quoteteleblaster If you've any country blood in your veins, you'll enjoy Dwight Yoakam's set too. Hank with a twist. Dwight really gets into the Bakersfield sound...ala Buck Owens, Merle Haggard, etc.

Quotestones77 I remember reading something about Alexis Koerner saying Brian Jones wanted to go for a post-Stones band sound along the lines of CCR I don't think the Stones influenced CCR much but I am guessing people like Screamin Jay Hawkins, Carl Perkins, Arthur Crudup, Booker T and the MGs, John Lee Hooker, Little Richard, Hank Williams, Jimmie Rodgers, the Sun sessions... all did
